What is Corrugated?

Corrugated board is formed by gluing a fluted (wavy) medium between one or two flat kraft liners, creating air pockets that absorb shock and resist crushing far better than flat board of the same weight.

Available in multiple flute profiles — from ultra-thin E-flute for retail-ready cartons to heavy-duty B/C and double-wall flute for shipping — it scales from small mailers to bulk export cases without changing material family.

How Corrugated is made

Fluting

The medium is heated and pressed through fluting rollers into a wave profile.

Lamination

The fluted medium is glued between one or two flat liners under heat and pressure.

Sheeting & scoring

The board is cut to size and creased so it folds cleanly into a box blank.

Printing & die-cutting

Flexo printing and die-cutting form the slotted, foldable case.
