Bottle Packaging Boxes
Glass in transit, where the insert rather than the box is what prevents breakage.
A bottle in a bare carton hits its walls. Corrugated dividers or moulded pulp suspend the glass so shock never reaches it directly.

Every detail. Intentional.
The insert prevents breakage
The box only contains.
Neck and base both held
Two points, not one.
Dividers between every bottle
Glass must never touch glass.
Corrugated grade to weight
Full glass is heavy.
Carry handles at retail
Multi-packs leave by hand.
Tested by drop, not by eye
The only honest check.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Bottle Packaging Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Bottle Packaging Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Bottle Packaging Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Bottle Packaging Boxes.
A collar grips the bottle at the neck or shoulder so it can't rock inside a straight-sided carton. Bottles taper, and a rectangular box on its own only touches them at the base and the widest point.
Movement leads to three problems: the glass hammers against the walls, the label rubs, and the inside of the box wears. Holding the bottle at the neck and the base stops all three.
For anything over about a pound we'd use an auto-bottom or lock bottom in place of a tuck. Bottles are heavy for their footprint, and a tuck-end base can open under that weight.
The failure rarely happens on a store shelf. It shows up in warehouse stacks and during handling, where the carton is lifted by its sides and the base takes the full load. An auto-bottom spreads that load across the whole base panel.
The standard for a single-bottle carton is 18 to 20pt SBS paperboard. It prints cleanly and has enough stiffness for a tall panel that gets gripped and lifted.
Kraft board is the natural alternative for a craft look. For bottled liquids we can add a barrier-coated interior, which gives the inside of the carton a lining that resists moisture better than bare board.
The full menu applies, including soft-touch lamination, hot foil, spot UV and deboss. The tall, narrow shape changes the layout more than the finish, so type and logos are often set vertically to suit the proportion.
A window lets the bottle and its label do some of the selling. We'd place it on the front panel above the collar insert, so the glass shows without weakening the base.
Measure the bottle at its widest point and its full height with the cap, cork or pump fitted. Leaving out the closure is the mistake we see most, and a pump dispenser can add a surprising amount of height.
Common bottle cartons run from 3 by 3 by 9 inches up to 4 by 4 by 12 inches. We add clearance for the collar insert and the board thickness, then confirm the fit with a sample around your real bottle.
Yes, with dividers that keep every bottle in its own cell so glass never touches glass. The corrugated grade is chosen for the full weight of the filled bottles, which adds up quickly in a three- or six-pack.
Retail multi-packs usually leave the store by hand, so we can build a carry handle into the top. We drop-test filled multi-bottle designs before sign-off, because a visual check won't show how the dividers behave under shock.
You can order bottle boxes from 500 units. The same structure scales to 100,000 boxes when a product line or a holiday gift set needs volume.
A first run of 500 is enough to prove the collar fit and the base on real stock before a larger order. Reorders use the same dieline, so there's no fresh structural setup.
We turn bottle boxes around in 7 to 10 business days, with a 5 to 7 business day rush available. Shipping is to any US address.
A sample comes first, in 5 to 7 business days, so you can fit the collar to the real bottle and drop the filled box onto its base. When the order goes ahead, the sample fee is credited against production.
