Kraft Tuck Top Boxes
Unbleached board where the material statement is part of the specification.
The same tuck structure in natural kraft, chosen for what it signals as much as what it costs. Long virgin fibres also make it stiffer than bleached board at the same caliper.

Every detail. Intentional.
Stronger at equal caliper
Unbleached fibres keep their length.
Brown shifts every ink
No whites without an underprint beneath.
Bold marks and line work
What actually reproduces on this board.
Foil on brown is exceptional
Among the highest-contrast pairings available.
Aqueous, not laminate
If the recyclability claim is doing any work.
Step up recycled caliper
Shorter fibres cost a little stiffness.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Kraft Tuck Top Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Kraft Tuck Top Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Kraft Tuck Top Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Everything you need to know about Kraft Tuck Top Boxes.
Unbleached kraft keeps its long fibres, and those make it stiffer and stronger at the same caliper. Bleached board gives up some of that strength, so kraft has a real structural edge on top of how it looks.
Recycled kraft has shorter fibres again. When a customer wants recycled kraft, we usually step the caliper up one grade to win the stiffness back.
Yes, full colour prints on kraft, but the brown shifts every ink. Colours come out warmer and more muted than on white, and there is no white at all unless we lay down a white underprint first. Photography loses a lot on this board.
One or two colours, bold marks and line work reproduce best. Earth tones, botanical drawings and strong typography look right on brown, while bright whites and neons are the ones to avoid.
Aqueous coating, deboss and hot foil are the finishes that suit an uncoated brown sheet. Foil on kraft gives some of the strongest contrast you can get on any carton. A deboss presses clean relief into the board and keeps the surface natural.
Lamination is available, but a plastic film over kraft works against a recyclability claim. If the natural board is the point of the box, we'd go with aqueous.
Kraft signals natural materials and a brand that prefers substance to polish. It works hardest for food, wellness, personal care and lifestyle brands, where that message helps the sale. The print limits of brown board now read as intentional to most shoppers.
White coated board still wins where the design depends on photography or bright colour. Kraft-back whiteface gives you a white print face with a brown reverse if you want some of both.
Every kraft tuck carton is made to order, so the size is whatever your product needs. Give us the inside length, width and depth, and allow a few millimetres of clearance so the product slides in easily.
Larger or heavier cartons call for a heavier caliper, and with recycled kraft we go one grade heavier again. The sample will show you whether the big panels stay flat once the box is filled.
Yes, recycled kraft board is available, with the recycled content stated. Recycled kraft is the other route if post-consumer content is the claim you want to make, and we can print a recycled content mark on the box to state it.
Tell us at quote stage which claim you plan to print, so the board we order matches the mark that ends up on the panel.
A kraft tuck order begins at 500 boxes. Kraft doesn't need a special production process, so the minimum matches our white tuck cartons, and orders can run up to 100,000.
If your range is still growing, we can hold the die after the first run, which means a reorder of the same size comes back without new tooling.
Sample first, because ink on brown board is hard to judge on a screen. A printed sample on the actual kraft takes 5 to 7 business days and shows you how each colour shifts. Production follows in 7 to 10 business days after approval.
If a launch date is tight, rush production takes 5 to 7 business days. Its cost is taken off the production bill once you order.
