Vape Cartridge Packaging
Glass, metal and threads, so a cartridge picks up transit damage you cannot see.
Thread damage and seal stress happen invisibly when a cartridge moves in its box. A precise insert is the only real protection.

Every detail. Intentional.

Every order of Vape Cartridge Packaging is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Vape Cartridge Packaging to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Vape Cartridge Packaging per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Vape Cartridge Packaging.
Cartridge damage happens out of sight, and movement inside the box is what causes it. A loose cartridge rattles, the threads take the stress and the glass can crack, and none of it shows until someone opens the box.
A fitted seat holds the cartridge still and silent, which also feels more premium in the hand. Nicotine and licensed cannabis cartridges share this same engineering brief.
The structure can, and the printed face has to change. The seat, the carton and the tamper seal follow one engineering brief for both markets. The compliance face follows different rules: the federal framework for nicotine and state-by-state requirements for cannabis.
The design style usually splits as well. Nicotine cartons tend to go device-minimal, and cannabis cartons lean on strain identity. Sharing one die and insert keeps tooling down across both lines.
Yes, we supply CR tube systems that hold the cartridge inside the outer carton. The tube gives you a certified closure, and the carton carries the branding and the required marks.
Which layer needs to be child-resistant depends on the market, since cannabis and nicotine rules differ by jurisdiction. Tell us where the product sells and we'll quote the tube, the carton or both.
We audit the fitted seats on the sample and again on the production run. A cartridge should sit without moving when the box is shaken and come out without force.
Premium lines expect this check. Send us production cartridges instead of prototypes, since small differences in mouthpiece or tank size change how tight the seat feels.
Soft-touch matte lamination, hot foil, embossing and spot UV all work, used in small doses on a carton this narrow. We size the warning panel first and fit the artwork around it.
A clear space on the tuck flap is left uncoated for batch coding, and the tamper seal position is fixed before any foil goes on so the two never overlap.
Most 510-thread cartridges fit a carton around 1.2 × 0.7 × 4.5 inches. Tank volume and mouthpiece shape change the length and width a little, so we build the final size from your cartridge.
The seat is designed first and the carton is sized around it. That order keeps the cartridge centred and lets the tuck close flat without pressing on the mouthpiece.
The minimum is 500 boxes per order, with fitted seats included. For brands running nicotine and cannabis lines, both can share one structure and differ only in print.
Seat design and dieline setup are part of our free design help, so the insert is worked out before you commit to a quantity.
Boxes with their seats take 7 to 10 business days to produce after proof approval. On a tight launch we can rush the job through in 5 to 7 business days.
We'd sample first with your cartridges in hand, which takes 5 to 7 business days. The sample fee isn't lost, because it's credited to the bulk invoice.
