We build it in two storeys, with a fitted tray for the pen on top and an accessory compartment underneath. The charger and cable sit in the lower bay, and the manual gets its own slot so it isn't folded in wherever it happens to fit.

Lifting the lid shows the pen first, level and centred, and the accessories come out afterwards. We plan that order at the dieline stage, before any artwork goes on.

A pen that shifts inside its box feels faulty to the buyer before it has even been charged. A cavity cut to the device's profile holds it still, so the matte finish doesn't scuff against the lid in transit and the mouthpiece doesn't knock the tray wall.

We cut the insert from paperboard or foam to the pen dimensions you send, and we check how firmly it grips on the sample before the run.

Yes, we add a tamper-evident seal across the opening edge so a broken seal is obvious on the shelf. Plenty of retailers treat a visible seal as a condition of stocking a device, so we build it into the structure from the first sample.

On a tuck-tab box the seal usually spans the tuck flap. On a magnetic lid kit it runs across the join between lid and base, where any lift tears it.

Most device brands go with matte or soft-touch lamination and one accent, usually spot UV or hot foil. That restrained, spec-sheet look reads like consumer electronics, and a spot UV layer over a device render gives the photo some depth.

We print CMYK plus PMS for exact brand colours and can emboss or deboss the logo. Required warnings take their panel space first, and the artwork is fitted around them.

A single pen box commonly runs about 1.5 × 0.8 × 5.5 in, and a starter kit about 6 × 4 × 1.5 in. Treat those as starting points. We size every box to your device and quote the inside length, width and depth.

Send us the pen's measurements plus the charger and the manual folded to size, and we'll draw the tray and compartments around them before quoting.

The minimum on this pen box is 500 units. That covers one design and one size, printed and assembled with its insert.

Brands often start at 500 for a launch kit and reorder at higher volume once the tray fit and the artwork have been proven on shelf. Pen box orders can go as high as 100,000 on the same structure.

Production takes 7 to 10 business days once you approve the proof, or 5 to 7 on a rush slot. A physical sample takes 5 to 7 business days and lets you test how the pen and charger sit in the tray before committing.

The sample fee is then credited against the pen box production order, and we deliver anywhere in the USA.

We would use SBS paperboard for single pens and rigid board for magnetic lid starter kits. SBS prints sharply and folds into a tuck-tab box that ships flat. Rigid board gives the heavier gift-tier kit a lid that closes with a firm pull of the magnet.

Kraft board suits a natural look, and every board we use for vape work is odour-neutral. The paperboard and kraft options are recyclable wherever paper is collected.
