Christmas Packaging Boxes
The seasonal catch-all, one print run covering many products across six weeks.
Retailers need a consistent seasonal look across varied contents. A shared print scheme on several box sizes gives that without a tool per product.

Every detail. Intentional.
One look, many sizes
Shared artwork, varied tools.
Six weeks of selling
The whole return window.
Stock sizes cut lead time
Which December demands.
Metallics dominate the season
Foil, pearl and gloss.
Shipped and gifted both
Two duties, one box.
Overruns become next year
Which affects date coding.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Christmas Packaging Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Christmas Packaging Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Christmas Packaging Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Christmas Packaging Boxes.
Build the artwork as a repeating pattern system and place it on each size's own dieline. Logos, borders and the main motif are positioned per size, so a small carton and a large shipper both look like the same range.
We lay the artwork on every dieline during the free design stage and send the proofs side by side, so you can judge the family together before anything goes to press.
A sleeve is a printed paperboard band that slides over your everyday box and dresses it for the holidays. Your year-round carton stays unchanged, and only the sleeve carries the Christmas artwork.
For brands with a wide product range it's usually the cheapest way onto a holiday shelf. Sleeves also slip off in January, so unsold stock goes back on regular sale without repacking.
Yes, a limited edition can be printed on your current structure with new holiday artwork. The fold pattern and the fit on your packing line stay exactly as they are, and you only approve new art.
Send us the existing dieline or a flat sample and we'll match it. A genuinely new build, such as a countdown box, needs its own die and a sample round before production.
Warm, restrained artwork with one metallic accent wears the six weeks better than a loud character print. Snowflakes, stars and winter colour keep selling after the 25th, whereas Santa-led designs look dated by New Year.
Gold or copper foil, a gloss spot UV on the motif and a matte laminate base make up the combination we quote most often for this line.
The range can take in retail cartons, e-commerce mailers and food boxes, each cut to your product's inside dimensions. We measure every size as length, width and depth on the inside, and custom sizes carry no design charge.
If the calendar is tight, pick standard sizes wherever you can. They skip the tooling step, which helps December deliveries land on time.
Each box in the range starts at 500 pieces, and we quote every size as its own line. A sleeve programme counts the same way, so three sleeve sizes would be three lines of at least 500 each.
Large retail programmes can go as high as 100,000 units per line. Unit cost falls as volume climbs, which favours placing the season's order all at once.
Production takes 7 to 10 business days after proof approval, and a rush slot shortens it to 5 to 7. Any size in the range can be sampled in 5 to 7 business days, with the sample fee credited once you place the bulk order.
Sampling the largest and smallest sizes first catches most of the fit problems across a family of boxes.
Yes, we print the interior of mailers and cartons so the holiday design shows when the lid opens on the doorstep. A pattern or short message on the inside flap uses less ink than full outer coverage, and it never rubs against a conveyor, so it arrives unscuffed.
Festive tissue in your colours finishes the reveal, and the outside can stay plain kraft or white for the trip through the carrier network.
