We cut the handle from the board itself or add a ribbon, and a tag slot on the lid gives space for the unsigned note that goes with the tradition.

Yes, we draw these for fast hand assembly, usually with a crash-lock base and a tuck or lift-off top. When you pack hundreds of party gifts, every extra fold adds hours to the job.

They ship flat and pre-glued on the side seam, so each one opens into shape and the base locks with a single push from inside.

A die-cut paperboard divider splits the box into cells so each item stays where you put it. Mixed gifts shift in a car or on a porch, and without cells the arrangement you built ends up in a heap in one corner.

We size the cells to your actual items, such as a mug beside a few wrapped sweets, and print the divider in the same colours as the box.

It depends on who receives it, with bright pumpkin artwork for families and matte black and gold for adults. Adult Halloween gifting, such as wine or spa sets, usually goes for soft-touch black with foil accents.

Family boxes have to read at a glance in poor party lighting, so we keep the characters large and the contrast high. Seasonal foil can be added to either style.

The two sizes we quote most are 8 × 6 × 3 in and 10 × 8 × 4 in. The smaller one holds a party favour set, and the larger takes a full boo basket with room left for a divider.

Orders start at 500 boxes. Because these are given away in bulk, most customers order well past the minimum, and runs can reach 100,000 units.

If you need both a family style and an adult style, each design is quoted as its own run. We'll lay out how the numbers break down so you can balance the two.

A sample takes 5 to 7 business days, and whatever you pay for it is credited against the production order. After you approve it, bulk production runs 7 to 10 business days, or 5 to 7 with rush.

Boo gifting peaks in early October, so we'd want samples in your hands by late summer to test the handle with a full load inside.

Food-contact board is only needed where unwrapped sweets sit directly on it. Wrapped candy can go into a box made from standard SBS, which keeps the cost down and prints brighter.

Where loose treats are part of the gift, we cut only the tray or divider from a food-contact stock, and the printed outer stays on regular board.
