Contact Lenses Boxes
Thirty sealed blisters, a prescription panel and a shelf sorted by dioptre.
Lens cartons are read for numbers, not for brand. Dioptre, base curve and diameter have to be findable in a second, from a drawer of near-identical boxes.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Contact Lenses Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Contact Lenses Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Contact Lenses Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Contact Lenses Boxes.
Give power, base curve and diameter their own panel, in the same position on every box in the range. A wearer or dispenser is scanning a drawer of near-identical cartons and needs the dioptre in a second. Toric lenses add cylinder and axis, so we size that panel for the longest prescription you sell.
Yes, we colour-code the parameter panel or a band on the carton so left and right read differently before anyone reads a number. Two boxes with different prescriptions often sit side by side in the same drawer. A colour, or a large L and R mark, makes that mix-up far less likely.
We print them on coated SBS paperboard, which copes with a humid bathroom cabinet better than uncoated stock. Matte lamination protects the print from wet hands and keeps the numerals crisp. Recycled grades are available where your validation allows them.
The carton is sized tightly to the stacked blisters so the foil seals don't rub against each other in transit.
Yes, we leave a clear, unvarnished area for lot and expiry so they can be coded on your line to match the blister lot. Serial numbers and other variable data can go in the same area. We place it where it stays visible on a shelf without crowding the parameter panel.
Optical brands usually keep the carton clean and clinical, with a white ground, matte lamination and a spot UV logo. Legible numerals matter more here than decoration, so we'd keep foil and heavy pattern well away from the parameter panel. Braille can be embossed on a side panel, and a tamper-evident seal closes the flap.
A 30-pack carton is commonly around 3.5 × 2.5 × 1.5 in, and a 6-pack trial box about 2 × 2 × 1 in. The exact size depends on how your blisters stack, in one row or two. A 90-count pack is built around the same blister, only deeper. Send us a strip of blisters and we'll size the carton to it.
Our minimum is 500 printed cartons per design. Where the power changes but the artwork stays the same, the parameter values can be coded on your line, so one printed design covers many prescriptions. That usually brings the order count down a long way.
Lens boxes are made in 7 to 10 business days, and a rush can deliver them in 5 to 7. A sample built around your blister stack needs 5 to 7 business days, with its fee knocked off the bulk invoice. We'd also check the parameter panel on a printed proof before the run.
