We print the header and faces litho and laminate them to the E-flute, which keeps the board thin enough for crisp folds and a fine print surface.

Size it to match your wholesale case count, so the display lands on the counter full. A retailer who receives one case should be able to load all of it without leftovers going into a drawer. Capacity beyond that takes up counter space nobody agreed to give you.

The footprint also has to stay within what the category buyer accepts, because counter space is negotiated by the inch.

It's a slot or chute that lets tubes, sachets and small packs slide forward as the front one is taken. The next item always sits at the front edge, so the display never shows a gap. It suits slim products that stack well in a column.

For boxed items we'd use stepped tiers instead, which lift each row above the one in front so shoppers can see to the back of the unit.

Put the product name, what it does and the price on the header, in type that reads at arm's length. Shoppers glance at a counter unit while they wait, so the header gets a second or two of attention. A die-cut header shape breaks the rectangle, and a price-point flash on the face prompts the impulse buy.

Gloss laminate keeps the print clean through daily wiping, and reorder details can be printed inside for the store to restock from.

Counter display orders begin at 500 units. That covers a launch across a chain or a distributor's accounts, with extras kept back to replace units that get worn or damaged at the till.

We can run the same design up to 100,000 pieces if your retail footprint grows, and a reorder prints from the same files so new units match the old.

Counter displays are made in 7 to 10 business days from an approved proof, or in 5 to 7 on rush. A sample in 5 to 7 business days is the sensible first step for a new structure, so you can load it with product and check the header angle and the step heights. Its cost is credited back against the order.

Yes, the display-shipper version travels as a transit case and converts into the counter unit when it's opened. Staff open the top and put the whole case on the counter, with nothing to unpack. That one-touch setup is why retailers like it.

A shipper build needs a heavier outer and a clean tear line, which we engineer and then test on the sample.
