Sizing & dieline.
We cut PVC Display Racks to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price PVC Display Racks per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Everything you need to know about PVC Display Racks.
Anywhere with moisture, spills or months of daily handling, which is where corrugated starts to soften and tear. Chilled aisles, pharmacy counters and food service areas are typical. Foamed PVC is unaffected by damp air and can be wiped down every day, so the unit stays presentable long after a board display would need replacing.
PVC is a plastic, so the environmental case for it rests on service life, with one rack standing in for several rounds of board displays.
The frame is foamed PVC sheet, and the clear parts are acrylic shelves or PETG pockets. Foamed PVC is rigid, light and cuts cleanly, so it carries the structure. Acrylic shelves let the product show from below, and PETG is used for literature pockets because it takes knocks better.
Joints are mechanically fastened, which suits a fixture that is meant to stay on the shop floor for years.
Load comes down to wall thickness and the geometry of each hook or channel, and we state a rating for every shelf on the finished rack. Hooks and channels are formed into the panels, so there are no loose metal parts to bend or go missing.
Heavier products get a thicker sheet and shorter spans between supports. Give us the weight of a full shelf or a loaded peg and we'll build to it.
Yes, most of our racks use replaceable vinyl panels, so you can update branding without replacing the fixture. That suits a rack meant to stand for years while packaging and promotions change around it.
If the design will stay fixed, we can print directly onto the PVC and let the structure carry the graphics. Screen printing is another route for simple one or two colour marks.
We design many racks as slot-together modules, so extra tiers or side sections can be added later. A brand might start with a small counter unit and add a matching section when new products launch.
The joins are planned from the first build, so the add-on lines up with the original and uses the same panel finish.
A common counter rack is 12 × 8 × 16 in, and we also build literature holders and tiered units to custom sizes. We start from the product footprint and how many rows or pegs you want, then add the height of the header panel.
If the rack is going into a fixed spot beside a till or on a pharmacy counter, send us the width and depth available there.
The minimum on PVC racks is 500 units. Because each rack stays in service for a long time, one run typically fits out a whole chain, with a small reserve kept back for new locations.
Frames and panels are cut from the same approved drawing, so every rack in the order matches the one you signed off.
Our standard schedule is 7 to 10 business days from approval, with a 5 to 7 day rush option. A sample rack takes 5 to 7 business days, which gives you time to load it with real stock and check the shelves before the full order.
Its fee is credited when you place the production run, and delivery covers the whole of the USA.
