Custom Pallet Display.

Full pallet displays sit on a 48 × 40 in GMA pallet, half pallets on 48 × 20 or 40 × 24 in, and quarter pallets on 24 × 20 in. Full pallets suit club and warehouse stores, while half and quarter pallets fit endcaps, front-of-store space and grocery aisles. Height is commonly kept to 60 to 72 in including the header, though each retailer sets its own limit.

It is packed with product at your warehouse or co-packer, stretch-wrapped and shipped as a single unit that goes straight onto the sales floor. Store staff remove the wrap and the shipping cap, and the display is ready to shop within minutes. That is why a pallet program depends so much on the display surviving the truck.

The stacked product cases carry most of the vertical load, while corrugated trays, a skirt and corner posts hold everything in place. Each layer sits in a corrugated tray, and the weight travels down through the cases to the pallet. The printed skirt around the base hides the wood and the forklift openings.

Yes, each club and mass retailer issues its own display specification, and we build the pallet to the sheet your buyer gives you. Typical points are the pallet type, maximum height, no overhang past the pallet edge, product facing out on the shoppable sides and a removable top cap. Ask the buyer for the spec early, because it decides the structure.

Pallets in open floor are usually shoppable from all four sides, and those against a wall or another display from three. Every shoppable face needs a cut-down front on each tray so product can be reached without unloading. The closed back of a three-sided pallet can carry a full brand graphic.

The skirt, tray fronts, corner posts and header can all be printed, with the header carrying the brand and the offer. Club store shoppers often see the pallet from far down a wide aisle, so the header needs one bold message. Tray lips at hand height carry the product name and pack size.

Pallet displays start at a low minimum order that depends on the pallet size and print, and your packaging manager confirms it on the quote. A regional test across a few clubs is a common first program, and the same structure can be reprinted for later promotions.

Pallet displays are produced in 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval, and rush takes 5 to 7 business days. A sample in 5 to 7 business days lets you build one full pallet, load the real cases and run it through your co-packer before the main order. Its cost is credited back when you order.
