Sizing & dieline.
We cut Point of Purchase Displays to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Point of Purchase Displays per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Everything you need to know about Point of Purchase Displays.
We design POP graphics to be read at three distances: from down the aisle, on the approach, and at arm's reach. The header carries one bold message that makes someone walking past slow down. The middle band confirms the brand, and the zone beside the product handles price and the reason to buy.
Most weak POP artwork we see tries to put all three messages in the header, where none of them gets read.
The format depends on where the retailer has agreed to place it, because height sets the sightline. Counter units sit near the register and hold small items. Floor towers put the message at eye level in the aisle, and endcap builds take the high-traffic spot at the end of a gondola.
For warehouse clubs we build full pallet displays that ship as one unit. Get the placement confirmed with the buyer before we start on the structure.
A campaign display is corrugated and built to last the weeks of a promotion, while a semi-permanent unit mixes in sturdier parts to stay in service for months. The campaign version costs less and goes into cardboard recycling when the promotion ends. Hybrid builds keep a durable frame and let you swap the printed panels between seasons.
Tell us how long the unit needs to stand and we'll choose the material from there.
Each shelf is rated for the weight you plan to put on it, and we add folded lips, dividers or a heavier flute where the load calls for it. A shelf that sags halfway through a promotion makes the whole display look tired and can tip product onto the floor.
Send us the filled weight per shelf and the number of facings. We'll build a sample to that load and check it before production.
Most POP graphics are litho-printed and laminated onto the corrugated, which gives photographic colour on the header and side panels. Spot UV and foil accents catch the light under store fixtures, and matte or gloss lamination protects the print from scuffing while stock is handled.
For seasonal promotions, many brands keep one structure and print new campaign graphics each time, so the cutting die is paid for once.
We size from the product outward: unit dimensions, facings per shelf, number of shelves, then the footprint the store allows. Our range covers everything from small counter units to floor towers and full endcap builds.
Retailers often set a maximum footprint and height for promotional space, and those limits fix the outer box. Once the fill count is settled, we add the header height on top.
Our minimum is 500 units. Brands usually match the run to the number of stores in the promotion, plus a few spares to replace units damaged in the store.
Because the displays ship flat, a run of that size takes far less freight space than the finished units would suggest. Store staff put each one together by hand in a few minutes, with no tools needed.
Production takes 7 to 10 business days once the proof is signed off, or 5 to 7 with rush scheduling. Many retailers want to approve a physical unit before accepting a display, so build that step into your calendar.
A sample takes 5 to 7 business days to make, and its fee is credited when the production order goes ahead. Finished displays ship flat to stores or warehouses across the USA.
