Pop-Up Display Boxes
Ships flat in the carton and becomes structural in one motion, thanks to spring-loaded assembly.
Die-cut and pre-glued so a single pull erects the whole structure. It saves store labour, which is what buyers actually pay for.

Every detail. Intentional.
One motion to erect
No folding sequence to learn.
Pre-glued at the converter
Which is where the skill sits.
Store labour is the saving
Minutes per unit, at scale.
Flat freight, real savings
Freight economics improve.
Complex dies, careful scoring
Tolerance is unforgiving.
Graphics wrap the structure
Printed before it is glued.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Pop up Display Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Pop up Display Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Pop up Display Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Everything you need to know about Pop up Display Boxes.
The blank is die-cut and glued at our plant, so the folds are already connected when it comes out of the carton. Pull it open and the sides spring into shape while a crash-lock base squares itself underneath. Snap-lock tabs then click the upper section rigid.
We time every new design with someone who has never seen it before, and the target is one or two motions from flat to standing.
Some designs can, and for multi-store programmes it saves a lot of labour at the store end. The unit is loaded and collapsed around the product at the packing stage, then opened on arrival with the stock already in place.
That only works if the product survives the folded position in transit, so we test a loaded sample before recommending it. Heavier goods usually travel separately and go in once the display is standing.
Standard pop-ups are built for a single deployment in a store, while our event-cycle builds are made to fold and re-erect many times. The difference sits in the hinge scoring and the tabs, which wear first on repeated use.
Trade show and sampling teams usually want the event tier, packed as a portable kit. Tell us which use you have in mind and we'll spec the board and locks to match.
Every fold line crosses the printed face, so the graphics have to be laid out around the mechanism. A logo or a face placed across a spring fold ends up split or creased once the unit stands.
We print the sheet before it is glued, often litho-laminated for photographic headers, and our designers mark the no-go zones on the dieline. Short set-up instructions can be printed right where staff put their hands.
Yes, once the die exists you can rerun the same structure with new graphics for each season. Only the artwork changes between runs, which keeps campaign costs down for brands running several promotions a year.
If product counts vary from one campaign to the next, we can position the dividers so the same shell works with more than one fill.
Two common builds are a counter unit at 10 × 8 × 12 in and a floor unit at 18 × 12 × 48 in, both measured standing. Counter sizes use pre-glued E-flute, and the taller floor towers move to B-flute so the shelves carry their load.
Flat, they take up a fraction of that space. How many units fit in one shipping carton is part of how we plan the fold pattern.
Pop-up displays start at 500 pieces. For a brand in only a few stores that can be more than needed at first, so some customers hold the extra units for new accounts or events.
If your store count is still small, a simpler counter display may make more sense to begin with, and we're happy to talk that through before you commit.
A sample is made in 5 to 7 business days, and we'd strongly advise one for this format because the fold tolerance leaves little room for error. Once the sample is approved, production runs 7 to 10 business days, or 5 to 7 on a rush order.
The sample fee is credited back against the bulk run, and orders ship flat to wherever you need them in the USA.
