Product Presentation Boxes
A sales tool disguised as packaging, built for the moment a product is shown rather than shipped.
Presentation boxes open in front of a buyer. The reveal sequence, the fit of the cradle and the finish all serve a decision being made in the room.

Every detail. Intentional.
Opened in front of a buyer
The reveal is the pitch.
Cradle presents at an angle
Not lying flat.
Small runs, high finish
Dozens, not thousands.
Documents bay included
Specs and cards alongside.
Rigid board throughout
Weight carries authority.
Reused for every meeting
Durability matters here.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Product Presentation Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Product Presentation Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Product Presentation Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Everything you need to know about Product Presentation Boxes.
It's made to be opened dozens of times in meetings, so we build for durability and staging. That means 2mm rigid board, a reinforced hinge and an angled platform that turns the product toward the buyer when the lid comes up.
A retail gift box gets opened once. A rep's box goes on flights and through couriers, and every buyer in the room handles it.
So the buyer sees the face of the product straight away instead of looking down at it lying flat. The angled platform is a die-cut insert with a fitted seat that holds the product firmly at the tilt.
Spec cards and swatches get their own seats around it, arranged in the order the rep talks through them. When every piece has a shaped slot, hurried hands put things back in the right place.
Yes, we design the card seats so printed cards and swatches lift out and drop back in without touching the box. The rigid shell is the long-term spend, and only the inserts get reprinted when the range changes.
Press kits use the same idea, with an embargo card sitting on top of the product. The shell outlasts several seasons of content that way.
The inside of the lid becomes the backdrop behind the product, so we usually print the brand story or a key image there. When the lid stands open it works as a small display panel facing the buyer.
Outside, soft-touch lamination with a foil or embossed logo is the corporate standard. For boxes that travel, we'd add a scuff-resistant coat over the soft-touch, which otherwise marks under repeated handling.
Our common builds are 9 x 7 x 3 inches and 12 x 9 x 4 inches, measured inside. The size comes from the product plus the platform angle, the card seats and the documents bay, so it runs larger than a shipping carton for the same item.
Check it against the case your reps actually carry, because the box goes to every meeting with them.
Our minimum for presentation boxes is 500 units. For one sales team that's a lot of shells, so buyers usually hold the extras for new reps, trade shows and press sends.
The shells store well, and the cards inside can be reprinted later as the range moves on.
Bulk production runs 7 to 10 business days after approval, and a rush slot cuts that to 5 to 7. With a show date looming we'd still build one sample, ready in 5 to 7 business days, so the rep can rehearse the reveal before bulk is committed.
Its charge then drops off the bill for the finished boxes.
Yes, the rigid shell can be built on recycled chipboard. Corporate buyers ask for it often, because the people across the table read the box as part of the company.
The shell is kept and reused for many meetings, so its material does more work than a box opened once. A die-cut board platform instead of foam also keeps the insert in the paper stream.
