Yes, we cut try-me apertures that expose a button or switch so the toy can be demonstrated in the pack. Windows do the rest by showing the product, which is what convinces most buyers.

Window film is kept within the thickness limits that apply to toy packaging. The aperture is positioned together with the insert, so the button lines up exactly with the opening.

A fitted insert holds each piece in its own place, because a rattle in the box reads as broken to a shopper. We cut inserts from board to match the toy and its accessories.

The box is glued and interlocked with no staples and no sharp edges. We also design for tool-free opening, since wire ties and plastic clamshells have largely given way to packs a parent can open by hand.

We print CMYK with Pantone matching for character colours, and add foil, spot UV or gloss lamination where the design calls for it. Licensed characters usually need an exact colour match, so we proof against the reference you're given.

Build licensor approval time into the schedule, since sign-off can apply to the proof and to the printed sample.

Production is 7 to 10 business days, and rush jobs can be turned in 5 to 7. A sample comes first, taking 5 to 7 business days, and its fee is applied to the production invoice.

With licensed toys the sample often goes to the licensor as well, so allow for their review before you book the full run. Check the sample with the real toy in the insert, since fit is easier to adjust now than after printing.

We use board tested for lead and phthalates, and inks kept within heavy-metal limits. Recycled grades and recyclable board are available where the testing allows it.

The panels are laid out with room for the required marks, and we can reserve a zone for a tracking label that ties each box back to its production run.
