Popular Custom Soap Boxes
our brands keep reordering.
Hand-picked from our custom soap boxes range — 6 styles, each built for a different job.

Custom Bath Bomb Boxes
A fizzing sphere that reacts to humidity — the box has to keep the air out.

Die-Cut Soap Boxes
Apertures cut into the panel — the buyer sees and smells the bar before choosing.

Luxury Soap Packaging
Rigid construction around a consumable — the box outlives the bar by years.

Soap Boxes With Window
A clear panel over the bar — colour and inclusion visible without opening.

kraft Soap Boxes
Unbleached fibre in a category built on natural claims — the material is the argument.

Custom Soap Wrappers
Paper folded around a bar — the oldest soap packaging, still the cheapest.
The box is the building.

Every soap brand, beautifully packaged.
Artisan & Indie Packaging
Kraft cartons with letterpress branding. The format that turned small-batch soap into a premium market category.
Where clean meets beautiful.
Soap packaging — every structural and finish decision that turns a bar into a brand.
Why soap packaging is a brand anchor
The bar is the product. The box is the brand.
From commodity to craft
Plain soap is a commodity. Soap in a precisely designed carton with a debossed logo and kraft texture is an artisan product worth four times the price. The packaging makes the market.
The bathroom shelf category
Soap boxes live next to the sink and in the shower — constantly visible to the buyer and every guest. Few categories have such consistent ongoing brand exposure.
Gift category leader
Artisan soap is one of the most-purchased small gifts. The gift buyer evaluates the box first — scent and formula second. The box is the purchase trigger.
Surfaces that tell the brand story
Kraft to gloss, deboss to foil.
Kraft uncoated
The artisan standard. Natural, earthy, honest. Uncoated Kraft board with letterpress or flexo print feels handmade at scale. Soy inks, FSC board, 100% recyclable — the story writes itself.
Coated art paper
For cosmetic and prestige soap. Litho-print precision on a white coated base. Soft-touch lamination, spot UV, or hot foil finishing. The soap becomes a luxury object.
Window die-cuts
A die-cut window covered with transparent film lets the product speak. The colour and texture of the soap is visible through the box — the best product is its own sales tool.
Every soap box structure
Wrap labels to full enclosure cartons.
Tuck cartons
Standard format for bar soap. Straight or reverse tuck, sized precisely to the bar. Four-colour print on all panels, full internal coverage optional.
Sleeve / belly band
A wrap band around a naked bar — partial coverage that shows the product while carrying the branding. Cost-effective and photogenic on a retail shelf.
Gift box sets
Multi-bar presentation boxes for gift collections. Compartmented inserts, ribbon pulls, custom tissue. Gift-ready from production.
Every soap brand, one supplier
From indie bath brand to luxury hotel amenities.
Artisan & indie brands
Kraft cartons, letterpress branding, minimum 500 units. The format that turned small-batch soap into a market category.
Cosmetic & prestige
Soft-touch litho cartons with foil branding. The soap priced at £15+ needs packaging that signals that premium position.
Hotel & hospitality
Amenity soap packaging in branded cartons. Consistent quality at high volume — 2,000+ units. Logo and room number printing available.
Gift sets
Bar collections in custom rigid boxes. Seasonal, occasion-specific, custom-scent sets. The packaging is the product proposition.
From mould to market
The soap packaging supply chain.
01 — Bar dimensions
Send us the cured bar dimensions (soap changes size slightly as it cures — we account for this). We engineer the carton with correct clearance.
02 — Board & finish
We recommend board grade and finish based on your brand positioning. Kraft + deboss for artisan. Coated + soft-touch for cosmetic. Both in 5–7 days.
03 — Print & deliver
Flat-pack for your team to wrap, or wrapped and ready to label. Both options available at no price difference.
“The packaging blew our customers away. Unboxing videos went viral overnight. PackTist nailed every single detail.”
Questions, answered.
Because cold-process soap continues curing after wrapping and releases moisture for weeks.
Sealed packaging traps that moisture against the bar, causing sweating, softening and eventually DOS — the orange oxidation spots the trade dreads. Fully enclosed boxes are fine for fully cured soap; for anything packaged earlier, ventilation holes or an open-ended sleeve is the correct engineering rather than a stylistic choice.
Sleeves and bands for breathability and lowest cost; boxes where you need more label surface or a gift presentation.
A band leaves most of the bar exposed, which lets it breathe and lets the fragrance reach the customer — the sensory sell that closes soap purchases. A full box covers more and carries more information, which matters if cosmetic claims require INCI listing and contact details that a narrow band cannot fit.
Size it to the cured bar, not the fresh one — soap shrinks measurably as it loses moisture.
A typical bar carton runs about 3.5 × 2.5 × 1.2 inches. A box sized to a freshly cut bar will be loose around the same bar six weeks later. Measure a properly cured bar before ordering, because this is the single most common sizing error in the category.
It depends on the claims. True soap making only cleansing claims falls under CPSC rules; anything claiming to moisturise or affect the skin becomes a cosmetic.
Cosmetic status brings INCI ingredient labelling, net weight, and — since December 2024 under MoCRA — a US responsible-person contact for adverse event reports. Claims that a soap treats a skin condition push it toward drug territory, which is a threshold worth staying well clear of.
Because oil migration shows differently on each. Kraft absorbs it as a darkening that reads as character; coated board shows it as a translucent stain.
Handmade soap is oil-rich and releases oils for weeks after cutting, so some transfer to the packaging is inevitable. Uncoated kraft tolerates it visually. That practical fact, as much as the aesthetic, is why the handmade soap trade standardised on brown board.
Yes, and an open aperture usually beats a filmed one.
Colour swirls, botanical inclusions and layered pours are the craft evidence customers buy on, and no description substitutes for seeing them. An unfilmed window also lets the bar breathe and lets scent escape, both of which help. If film is used and the brand claims natural, cellulose film keeps the claim consistent.
With an individual moisture barrier — shrink wrap or a sealed bag around each bomb.
A bath bomb is citric acid and bicarbonate of soda held apart only by the absence of water, and ambient humidity is water. Unprotected, it slowly fizzes itself into a dense unreactive puck. If a plastic-free position rules out shrink film, compostable film works, or accept a shorter shelf life and say so on the pack.
500 units for printed boxes and sleeves, with 15–20 business days production.
Sleeves and wrappers often have lower practical minimums than boxes because there is no cutting die involved. Many small soap makers start with stock kraft boxes plus a printed sticker or rubber stamp, which gets branded packaging at almost no commitment and scales into printed stock as volume grows.
