Coated SBS with a gloss or matte lamination is our choice, because bathroom humidity softens uncoated board. The coating also stops the print scuffing each time the box is pulled from a drawer. Kraft is possible for a natural brand, though we'd still laminate it, and recyclable board is available on request.

Yes, a reclosable tuck flap is the standard build, because a box of bandages gets opened many times over several weeks. We cut the tuck with a friction lock so it holds shut and doesn't tear at the fold. Some brands add a tear-off perforation for the first opening and rely on the tuck after that.

Yes, we can die-cut an opening and patch it with clear film so shoppers see the strips inside. A window works well for colourful or character bandages sold on the children's shelf. It does take space from the panel, so we place it clear of the count and the warning copy.

Gloss lamination is the most common finish on bandage cartons, since it wipes clean and keeps colours bright under pharmacy lighting. Spot UV and foil work for a premium line, and embossing can pick out the brand. Licensed character designs print in CMYK with PMS colours matched to the licensor's guide.

Common tuck cartons for bandages are about 3.5 × 2.5 × 1 in and 4 × 3 × 1.5 in. The count and the wrap size set the final dimensions, so we measure a stack of your individually wrapped strips. A compact footprint also helps when pharmacy shelf space is tight.

We produce bandage boxes in runs of 500 and up. Assortments, single sizes and a children's range can each be their own design, and we'll quote them together when they share a carton size. Ordering more at once brings the cost per box down.

Your cartons will be ready 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval, or 5 to 7 with rush production. Samples are turned round in 5 to 7 business days. The sample price is credited once you order in bulk. We send a digital proof before printing either one.
