The sealant layer is unaffected, so seals and the CR zipper perform the same as on a plain laminate.

Registered embossing is relief pressed into the film in exact alignment with the printed artwork. It is difficult to execute and obvious when done well, which is why it reads as a craft signal. Multi-colour foil is the other statement option, with each foil colour costing a separate pass.

Deep matte black is the base most premium brands in this category build on, because it gives every effect maximum contrast.
