Non Woven Bags.

Non woven bags are made from polypropylene fibres bonded into a sheet instead of woven like cloth. The result feels like fabric but costs closer to a printed bag to produce.

Thickness is specified in gsm. We use 80gsm for promotional giveaways and 100 to 120gsm for retail bags meant to carry groceries week after week.

Sewn seams read as more premium and hold up well under heavy loads, while ultrasonic welding is faster and suits large promotional runs. Welding fuses the seams with heat instead of thread, which gives a cleaner edge but a less crafted finish.

We'd sew a retail bag customers will use for years, and weld a trade-show giveaway ordered in the tens of thousands. Webbing handles can be attached to either construction.

In practice, rarely, since polypropylene bags aren't accepted in most kerbside collections and have to go to a store drop-off. The environmental case for these bags rests on reuse.

Used fifty times, one bag replaces fifty paper bags comfortably. Used twice, it doesn't, so we'd design it as something customers want to keep. Recycled-blend grades are available if you want to strengthen the material story.

Screen printing is the standard method for spot colours on bare non woven fabric. It handles one to a few colours cleanly and suits large runs.

For full-colour artwork or photographs, we laminate a printed film to the face of the bag. The laminated finish wipes clean and gives a tote-sized canvas for bold branding, which is why retailers choose it for bags they want seen around town.

Our two common sizes are a 13 × 4 × 15 in tote and a 12 × 8 × 10 in grocery bag. The tote suits events and retail, and the grocery shape has a wider base for boxes and jars.

Grocery versions come with a box bottom and a base insert so they stand up while being loaded. Any size can be made to order, and we measure width, then gusset, then height.

Build it sturdy and make it look good enough to carry in public. A 100 to 120gsm body, sewn seams and a laminated retail face give a bag that survives weekly grocery runs.

We can also print a short reuse message on the gusset or base panel. Bold graphics help too, since people keep carrying a bag they like the look of.

Non woven bag orders start from 500 pieces. That is a sensible size for an event or a store trial before a bigger reorder.

For large programs we produce up to 100,000 bags in a single order. Our designers will set up the artwork for screen print or laminate at no charge.

Production takes 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval, or 5 to 7 on a rush order. We ship anywhere in the USA.

Samples take 5 to 7 business days and let you feel the fabric weight and check the print before the full run. The sample charge comes off the production order when you go ahead.
