Every Resistance Band Boxes is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

Resistance Band Boxes is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Because latex perishes in light, and that makes opacity a product-protection decision rather than a design preference.
Natural latex degrades on exposure to UV light and ozone. It gradually loses elasticity, develops fine surface cracking, and eventually fails under load. On a resistance band that is being stretched under tension, a failure is a safety issue rather than a disappointment.
A band sitting in a clear pack under retail lighting is ageing the entire time it is on the shelf — potentially for months before anyone buys it. The customer then gets a band that has already used up part of its life.
If you want to show the colour, there are better options than a full window: a printed colour swatch on the pack, or a small aperture that reveals the colour without exposing the whole band.
It is worth a short line on the pack explaining why it is opaque. Customers read it as considered rather than as a brand hiding its product.
