Acrylic Display Stand
Eye-catching free-standing stands boost product visibility & impulse sales.
Acrylic stands are fabricated, not folded. Sheet thickness, edge finish and bond quality decide whether a unit reads as retail-grade or looks cheap under store lighting. We cut from cast acrylic rather than extruded, flame-polish every exposed edge and bond the joints so the seams stay optically clear instead of clouding at the glue line.Clear, frosted, black and colored sheet are stocked in 3mm and 5mm, with tiered risers, line-bent curves, printed or applied graphics, and routed pockets sized to your product. Units are fabricated to order from 10 pieces, so a single countertop test and a full chain rollout run off the same drawing.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Acrylic Display Stand to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Acrylic Display Stand per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

“Our unboxing experience went from forgettable to remarkable. The magnetic close is chef's kiss.”
“Fast turnaround, flawless quality, and the design support is genuinely exceptional.”
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Acrylic Display Stand.
Acrylic weighs about half as much as glass and cracks rather than shattering if the case is knocked over. Clarity is comparable, with cast sheet passing around 92% of light. On a counter that gets bumped all day, that combination usually wins over glass's harder surface.
The one thing acrylic gives up to glass is scratch resistance, so the case wants a soft cloth and never a paper towel.
Thickness follows the size of the panel, from 3mm on small covers up to 10mm or more for large, structural or lockable cases. A wide panel in thin sheet bows and feels flimsy when the lid is lifted. Heavier sheet also resists prying on cases that hold high-value merchandise.
We specify the gauge panel by panel, so a large case can use thicker sheet for the top and back than for the sides.
We solvent-weld the joints and flame-polish the edges. Solvent welding fuses the panels so the seam nearly disappears, where screws or brackets would show. Flame polishing takes the frosted saw marks off each cut edge and leaves it clear.
Those two details separate a case that still looks new after six months from one that looks cheap within weeks, and a store buyer can read them at a glance.
Yes, by screen printing or laser etching. Screen print lays a solid colour mark on the surface and suits a logo or a short line of copy. Laser etching frosts the acrylic itself for a subtle, permanent mark that won't rub off with cleaning.
We'd keep branding restrained on a case, since the clear panels are there so shoppers can see the merchandise inside.
Cases are fabricated to order, typically from around 8 × 8 × 8 in up to 24 × 18 × 18 in. We need the inside space the merchandise and any risers will take up, plus the counter or shelf footprint the case has to fit. Tiered risers can be built in to stage several items at different heights.
Larger sizes move the panels into thicker sheet, which we'll flag on the quote.
Acrylic cases start at 100 units per order. That suits a rollout across a chain of stores or a brand's full stockist list, with every case built to the same drawing. Hinged-lid, lockable and riser builds are all quoted from that same minimum.
Because each case is fabricated, the drawings are agreed before any sheet is cut, and every unit in the run is checked against them.
Our standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after the drawing is approved. A rush slot brings it to 5 to 7 business days. We can build one sample case in 5 to 7 business days so you can check fit and joint quality before the full run, and the sample fee is taken off the production order.
Standard sheet can yellow in direct sun, so for window positions we use a UV-stabilised grade. Tell us where the case will sit and we'll specify the sheet to match. Indoors under store lighting, standard cast acrylic stays clear for years.
For daily care, clean with a soft cloth and a plastic-safe cleaner in place of glass spray, which can cloud the surface. Light scratches polish back out.
