Every Annual Reports is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

Pricing & minimums.
Annual Reports is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Page count decides it, and it is largely not a free choice.
Saddle stitch — stapled through the fold. Works up to roughly 64 to 80 pages. Beyond that, the inner pages push outward relative to the outer ones (creep) and the document will not sit closed properly. Page counts must be in multiples of four, because each folded sheet produces four pages.
Perfect bound — pages glued into a flat spine. Necessary for longer documents, but it needs enough bulk to form a spine the glue can hold, typically upward of 40 to 60 pages depending on stock. It gives you a printable spine, which matters on a shelf.
Wire-o — lies completely flat when open. Choose it if the report contains tables or data people will work from while writing.
Tell us your expected page count early. Binding affects how spreads work across the centre, so it needs deciding before layout is finalised rather than after.
