A blunt is rolled in cigar-style leaf, so it runs thicker and heavier than a joint and tends to jam in a tube cut for pre-rolls. We treat blunt tubes as their own SKU and size the bore to the wrapped diameter with a little clearance.

Send us a finished blunt, or its measured diameter and length, and we'll build the tube or carton around that figure instead of working from a joint spec.

Singles usually go in a child-resistant tube, and packs of two or five go in a slim carton. The tube gives one wrap the best crush protection in a pocket, while the carton gives you flat panels for the brand and the required text.

Plenty of brands run both formats: a tube for the counter single and a tuck-tab or flip-top carton for the multi-pack, printed from one artwork system so they read as the same line.

Yes, we build foil-lined multi-packs with a flip-top lid, taken more or less straight from cigarillo packaging. The foil liner sits inside an SBS or rigid board shell and slows moisture loss, and we can leave a pocket beside the wraps for a small humidity element.

For humidor and lounge retail there's a wood-tier presentation option above that, which suits a limited run or a gift pack.

Lounge retail tends toward tobacco-brown palettes, gold foil banding and a soft-touch matte laminate that nods to cigar boxes. At a corner store counter, saturated CMYK and PMS colour with spot UV reads better from a few feet away at impulse height.

A band-style label works in either register. It wraps the tube or carton like a cigar band and carries the state symbol and the required marks, and we leave an uncoated patch clear for the lot coder.

We quote cartons by inside length, width and depth, and tubes by inside diameter and length. A common multi-pack carton runs 3 × 1 × 5 in, and single tubes and sleeves are sized to the individual wrap.

Measure the longest and fattest blunt you plan to pack, because the tube has to take the biggest one in the batch. If the wraps sit in a foil liner or share space with a humidity element, tell us, since both eat into the inside dimension.

Custom blunt boxes start at 500 pieces. The same job can go as high as 100,000 units, so you can test one pack count at the low end and scale once it sells through.

A single tube and a multi-pack carton are different structures, so we quote them as separate items, each with its own tooling and its own minimum.

A physical sample takes 5 to 7 business days, and production follows in 7 to 10 business days after you sign it off. If a launch date is tight, we can rush the run to 5 to 7 business days.

On this format a sample earns its keep, since blunt diameters vary so much from one brand to the next. Whatever you pay for it is credited against the bulk order, and we deliver anywhere in the USA.

A rigid-walled tube or a carton in heavier SBS board stands up to pocket pressure far better than a thin sleeve. In multi-packs a fitted insert stops the wraps knocking against each other on the counter and in the delivery van.

Drying is a barrier problem, so the foil liner or sealed tube does that work, helped by a humidity element. The outer shell can be recyclable kraft or odour-neutral SBS.
