We die-cut a fitted cradle that holds the cartridge by its body so it can't slide or knock against the carton wall. Loose carts get damaged at the threads, and even a harmless rattle makes a buyer at the counter think something is broken.

The cradle also centres the cartridge behind a window or under the lid, so it presents straight every time the box is opened.

Both routes work: a child-resistant tube holding the cart, or a certified child-resistant carton with the cradle built inside. Most markets want one or the other, and the choice usually comes down to shelf footprint and how much print area you need.

A carton gives you four flat panels for the potency and batch text. A tube is slimmer and pockets easily, but everything printed on it has to fit on a wrap label.

We build a kit tray with separate cavities so the glass cartridge never touches the battery. Metal rubbing against glass in transit chips tanks and scratches finishes, so each piece gets its own pocket with a wall between them.

A common kit box runs 2.4 × 1 × 3.5 in. If the kit includes a charging cable, send it with the other parts and we'll lay out the tray around all of them.

We can add QR verification codes, holographic elements, tamper-evident seals and serialised unit numbers, alone or in combination. A buyer scans the QR code to check the unit is genuine, and a broken seal shows at a glance that the pack has been opened.

Most brands print one master carton and add the strain on a variable panel, either a thermal-printable zone or a small label. The expensive printed stock stays identical across the menu while the strain name changes as fast as your drops do.

Design-wise, cartridge packs sit between device packaging and flower packaging. Clean, render-style layouts suit the hardware, and strain typography with foil or spot UV carries the flower side.

A single cartridge carton commonly measures 1.2 × 0.7 × 4.5 in, which fits the usual half-gram and gram carts with a cradle inside. Kits with a battery usually step up to around 2.4 × 1 × 3.5 in.

Cartridge lengths and mouthpiece shapes vary by hardware supplier, so we size from the actual cart you fill. One unit posted to us, or a spec sheet from your hardware maker, is enough to build the cradle.

The floor for printed cartridge boxes is 500 units per design. Runs go up to 100,000, which covers a single-strain launch at one end and a full menu restock at the other.

Because the strain can live on a variable panel, one 500-piece run of the master carton can serve several strains at once, which keeps a small menu inside the minimum.
