The shopper's first question is whether it fits their car, so the panel gives make, model and year range in full, in a fixed position on every box in the range. Year ranges matter because generations overlap, and abbreviations get skipped for the same reason: they cause wrong purchases and returns.

Universal products say so prominently, which removes the hesitation entirely.

Because a floor mat set and a phone mount weigh nothing alike, and the board follows the item. Folding boxboard is the retail carton for lighter accessories and takes print well. E-flute corrugated carries mat sets, covers and anything that ships individually. Bottled cleaning products get a moisture-resistant board so the carton stays crisp.

The visual system stays constant across all of it, so a mixed range still reads as one brand on the shelf.

With a reinforced hang patch: extra board laminated around the peg hole so the weight cannot rip through. A plain die-cut tab on a carton of any real weight tears out on the peg, or worse, on the way home. The patch is planned into the blank rather than added after.

Inside the box, a fitted insert seats small items like mounts and adapters so nothing rattles, since rattling reads as damage to a customer.

Full CMYK is the norm, with the fitment panel as the dominant information and the product shot supporting it. A window panel shows chrome and trim pieces where the finish sells the item. Matte lamination is the premium option for higher-tier ranges.

An installation guidance panel, listing fitting difficulty and the tools needed, is one of the most useful things you can print. It reduces returns from buyers who expected a five-minute job.

8 by 5 by 3 inches and 10 by 7 by 4 inches are the common footprints, measured internally. The range varies so much, from mats to mounts to bottles, that we spec structure item by item and then hold the graphic layout constant. A range usually ends up with a short set of sizes rather than one per product.

500 per design is the minimum. Each accessory in a range is usually its own size and its own artwork, so each one runs at that quantity or above. Volume pricing is tiered past 1,000 units on any single design.

Runs up to 100,000 can be quoted for the best-selling lines.

7 to 10 business days is the standard production time, and a rush order runs 5 to 7 business days. Allow 5 to 7 business days for a sample of the accessory carton. Hang a filled sample on a peg and post one across the country before the run, since this box sells from a peg and a doorstep at once.

The sample fee is knocked off the production order.

Yes, when it is built on E-flute corrugated and specified as a shipper rather than a display carton. The tabs are backed, the insert immobilises the item, and the board grade is chosen for a parcel network. A boxboard carton for shelf retail is not built for that and would arrive scuffed at the corners.
