The case ships to the store full, and the retailer folds up a printed header to turn it into a counter display. The same unit does both jobs, so there's no second SKU to stock and no assembly step at the counter.

We build it in E-flute with a litho-laminated print sheet, which gives counter-quality graphics on a structure strong enough to travel as a wholesale case.

E-flute is thin enough to fold into crisp display shapes and stiff enough to carry product, and the litho-laminated sheet on top gives it the print quality of a carton. Direct flexo print on corrugated can't match that sharpness at counter viewing distance.

Auto-lock bases snap into place without tape or tools, and recycled fluting keeps the material in line with the rest of your packaging.

We set the key type larger than on a carton and angle the header so it reads from above, since customers see a counter unit looking down. Brand goes on the header card above the product line.

Compliance text sits on the base where it stays visible while the unit is full. Independent shops rarely have shelf-talkers or staff to explain, so a short panel covering what the numbers and the COA QR mean tends to earn its space.

Gloss laminate is our default for counter units, because it wipes clean and resists scuffing from constant handling. Retail counters get cleaned daily, and an uncoated print sheet marks quickly.

Under the laminate we print CMYK plus Pantone, and foil or spot UV can go on the header logo. Soft-touch looks good but shows fingerprints sooner on a unit that sees that much contact.

Counter units usually run about 8 × 6 × 10 in, and shelf trays about 12 × 8 × 3 in. We size the display to the wholesale case count so it lands at the store full, with no loose gaps in the front row.

Yes, provided the structure is sized to the wholesale case and the base is locked properly. The unit travels full, so the walls and auto-lock base carry the product weight through the shipping carton, not the header.

We keep the header folded flat inside during transit so it arrives without creases. The whole unit is corrugated on recycled fluting and goes into cardboard recycling once it's empty.
