We'd keep the outside quiet and put the branding inside, which is a common approach for direct-to-door CBD shipping. A plain kraft exterior with a return address protects the customer's privacy on the doorstep.

If you want some recognition outside, a small brand mark with no product category wording is a sensible middle ground. The unboxing budget can then go to the interior print, where the customer actually sees it.

It can, since bold CBD wording on the outside is more likely to draw attention during carrier screening. USPS, FedEx and UPS each set their own terms for hemp products, and those terms change from time to time.

A neutral exterior keeps the box from standing out in the network. Carrier and state policies vary, so confirm the rules for your shipments with the carrier directly.

A die-cut insert holds each bottle suspended and upright, so it never touches the walls or another bottle. Tinctures ship fragile, and glass that can move will knock around on every conveyor and sorter.

For multi-product orders we cut a separate cell for every bottle. The mailer itself is E-flute by default, with a double-wall option when heavier glass or larger orders need more crush resistance.

The box folds and locks without tape, and the customer opens it by pulling a tear strip along the front edge. That gives a clean first opening and leaves the lid intact.

Once the strip is gone, the lid can still tuck closed again, which helps if the customer needs to send something back. Tamper-evident tape across the lid is available if you want proof the box arrived unopened.

A flood-printed interior carries the brand, and the underside of the lid is the first thing the customer reads. Product use notes, a QR code to the lab report and a short brand story all sit well inside.

An insert card can hold COA access and education for first-time buyers. Subscription brands often keep the box design fixed and rotate the insert card each month, which refreshes the unboxing without a new print run on the box.

Two common sizes are 8 × 6 × 3 in and 10 × 8 × 3 in, which suit most e-commerce orders of a few bottles or jars. Dimensions are the inside length, width and depth.

We'd size the box tightly to the insert, because right-sized dies cut void fill and keep dimensional weight charges down with the carrier. Kraft and white coated liners are both available.

Mailer orders start at 500 boxes. From there you can scale to 100,000 as order volume grows.

Mailers are produced in 7 to 10 business days after proof sign-off, with a 5 to 7 business day rush option. Samples take 5 to 7 business days to reach you.
