A collar insert grips the bottle at the neck and stops it moving side to side, which is what causes rattle and chipped glass. The collar sits below the dropper, so the bulb isn't pressed against the top flap.

We size the collar to your exact 30ml or 60ml bottle and to the shoulder shape of its glass.

It can, as long as we know the closure before the dieline is drawn, because a pump sits taller than a dropper. We build in a pump-height allowance so the top flap closes flat without pressing on the actuator.

Dropper caps need clearance too, since steady pressure from above loosens them over time. Send the bottle with its real closure fitted and we'll measure from base to tip.

Yes, a printed paperboard carton blocks light, finishing the job the amber glass starts. Amber cuts most light, and the carton keeps the bottle in the dark on a bright shelf or in a window display.

If you use clear or frosted glass, the carton becomes the only light barrier, so we'd avoid any window cut-out for that line.

A matte natural register is what we'd suggest, either kraft or SBS with matte lamination. Clean type and a restrained palette keep the panel easy to read when it's dense with information.

We print CMYK plus Pantone, and foil or embossing can mark the brand name. Keep the concentration figure large on the front, because that's the number buyers compare first.

The usual carton for a 30ml bottle is about 1.6 × 1.6 × 4.3 in, and about 2 × 2 × 5 in for 60ml. We confirm the final size once we have your bottle, collar and closure.

Measure the widest point of the bottle and its height with the dropper or pump fitted. Those two figures, plus the collar thickness, set the dieline.

The first order can be 500 cartons, which is our minimum. Repeat orders scale as far as 100,000.

We leave the batch window clear for inline coding at filling, so one print run can cover many batches of oil without reprinting. The cartons ship flat to your filling line.

Cartons are ready 7 to 10 business days after you approve the final proof. Rush jobs are turned around in 5 to 7 business days.

Before a full run, a sample takes 5 to 7 business days and lets you check the collar fit on a filled bottle. The sample charge is deducted from the production order.

Most hemp oil cartons are 18 to 20pt SBS, with kraft grades for brands going for a natural food-oil look. Both are paperboard and can be made from recycled stock.
