Hemp Boxes.

We build hemp cartons for flower, topicals, edibles, seed and protein foods, and accessories. Each format needs a different structure, so the first thing we ask is what's going inside. Flower needs an aroma barrier, food needs a food-grade contact surface, and a topical usually just needs a well-fitted tuck carton.

Board on its own won't hold aroma, so flower goes into a barrier film pouch before it goes in the carton. The carton then handles shelf display and light, and odour-neutral board keeps it from adding a smell of its own. A humidity control pack inside the pouch keeps moisture steady through storage.

Hemp-blend papers are available, and they let the pack match the material story on the label. We tend to use them for wraps, sleeves and outer panels, while kraft and recycled board carry the main structure. The sustainability claim printed on the box should describe only what the substrate really contains, and we'll check that wording with you.

Uncoated kraft printed in one or two ink colours is the category's usual look, and it recycles easily. A deboss or blind emboss adds a logo without adding material. If you sell into mainstream retail and want brighter colour, SBS with matte lamination and a spot UV accent works well too.

In both cases we match brand colours to PMS.

We measure each product in its primary pack, whether that's a pouch, jar, tube or bar, and size the carton from those numbers. There isn't a standard hemp size, because the category covers so many formats. Send one of each item, or its dimensions with any cap or seal fitted, and we'll return a dieline for each.

We give the word hemp and the THC statement a prominent spot, usually the front or the top panel. Hemp flower looks a lot like marijuana, so clear identification on the pack saves questions in transit and at the counter. The COA QR code sits close by on a side panel where it's easy to scan.

Five hundred boxes per design is our minimum. Brands with several product types usually order each format separately, since a flower carton and an edible carton rarely share a die. We quote each one on its own line, which makes it easy to see where the spend is going across the range.

Standard production is 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, and rush orders run 5 to 7. We'd suggest a sample for any flower or food format before bulk, and it takes 5 to 7 business days to reach you. The sample fee is credited back against the production run.
