We fit an insert that grips the bottle around its body and holds it upright, so the weight isn't carried by the base alone. A narrow footprint and a heavy top make tip-over the main failure in transit and on the shelf.

The insert also stops the bottle knocking against the carton walls, which is what cracks glass and dents squeezable LDPE bottles.

Only if the carton is sized for it, because CR caps sit taller and wider than a standard dropper or nozzle cap. We make CR-capable cartons with the extra height built into the dieline.

We also leave clearance above the cap so pressure from the top flap doesn't loosen it. A band of space around the neck can take a tamper seal if you use one.

Give the e-liquid line its own visual language, with a different colour system, layout and type, so it never reads as the tincture carton. The two bottles look alike, and small print alone doesn't separate them on a shelf.

We reserve a prominent spot on the front for the inhalation-only marking and set the total mg and mg per ml figures in a fixed position across the range.

A matte finish is the category's usual look, often soft-touch with a foil or spot UV accent. We print on 18pt SBS, which folds cleanly on a carton this narrow and holds a crisp edge.

CMYK plus Pantone lets you colour-code strengths so a customer can find the right one on a crowded shelf. Embossing works on the brand name if you want texture without adding colour.

A 30ml bottle typically goes in a carton about 1.4 × 1.4 × 3.5 in, and a 60ml bottle in about 1.6 × 1.6 × 4.5 in. Those are starting points we adjust to your bottle and cap.

Measure the bottle with the closure on, including a CR cap if you use one. We add the insert allowance and send a proof with the final dimensions.

Our starting quantity for e-liquid cartons is 500. Anything from there up to 100,000 can be quoted.

An over-print zone on each carton lets you add batch data after printing, so one stock of printed cartons can serve several production batches without a reprint.

Once the proof is signed, cartons are produced in 7 to 10 business days. Rush service shortens it to 5 to 7 business days.

We'd sample the carton with your bottle and CR cap in it before a full run, and samples take 5 to 7 business days. The sample fee comes off the production invoice, and cartons ship to any US address.

We'd go with 18pt SBS for most e-liquid lines, because its smooth white surface prints fine text and colour-coding sharply. Kraft board suits a natural-looking brand but mutes bright colours.

Both are paperboard and can be made on our recyclable eco board. The insert can be paperboard too, which keeps the whole pack in one recycling stream.
