We cut a fitted paperboard cradle that grips the cartridge at the body and the mouthpiece, so it can't slide or rattle. Movement in transit is what cracks glass tanks and loosens threads. The cradle sits inside an 18pt SBS carton, and we test the fit with your actual hardware before the run starts.

Yes, on a kit tray that gives the battery and the cartridge separate cavities. Keeping them apart takes strain off the threads and stops metal rubbing against glass. The usual kit carton measures around 2.5 × 1 × 4.5 in.

Outer shippers for battery kits can carry the lithium handling marks your carrier asks for, and we print those on the shipping case.

We offer seal labels across the opening flap and tear-away flaps that can't be closed again once pulled. Many retailers refuse to stock unsealed cartridges, so we plan the seal before the artwork is finished. Serial numbers can be printed on the seal or the carton to tie each unit back to its batch.

Most vape cartons we print are clean and minimal, matte laminated with one accent such as spot UV or foil on the brand mark. The panel has to show the strain, the strength and the COA QR code at a glance, so heavy decoration tends to get in the way. Soft-touch adds a premium hand for higher-priced carts.

A single-cart carton is usually about 1.2 × 0.7 × 4.5 in. Cartridges vary in length and mouthpiece shape, so we measure the one you're filling rather than working from a drawing. Send a sample cart and we cut the cradle to its profile, then size the carton around the cradle.

Kits with a battery need the larger footprint mentioned above.

We size the warning panel first and let the artwork fit around it. On a narrow carton that usually means one full side for warnings and the back for ingredients, batch details and the COA code. The front stays for the brand, the strain and the strength figure, and we check the type size on the proof.

A blank strip for line coding is kept free of varnish.

We print vape cartons from 500 units. If you sell several strains, each design counts as its own run, though cartons of the same size share one cutting die so only the artwork changes between them. Tell us how many SKUs you carry and we'll quote them together on one estimate.

Standard turnaround on vape boxes is 7 to 10 business days, with 5 to 7 available on rush. Because the cradle has to fit your hardware exactly, we recommend a sample first. It arrives in 5 to 7 business days, and the sample charge is credited when the production order goes in.
