A jar-true carton is cut close to the jar's diameter, with a platform or collar insert that holds the base level. Concentrate migrates when a jar lies on its side, so the pack is built to stand one way only. A 2 × 2 × 1 in carton around a 5ml to 9ml jar is the typical build.

Size it for whichever container you actually fill, since glass jars and silicone pots differ in wall thickness and lid height. Glass is heavier and needs a tighter fit to stop it knocking against the board. Silicone is light and forgiving but can squash if the carton is too snug.

Yes, a printed SBS carton blocks light completely, which a clear glass jar can't manage on its own. Keeping the jar boxed until it's opened lets the board do that job. A window would let light straight back in, so we'd leave windows out of this format and put the imagery in print instead.

It will if the carton is drawn around the CR lid, which sits taller and wider than a plain screw cap. We measure the jar with the child-resistant closure fitted and add clearance for the lid's outer shell. A carton sized to an ordinary cap will pinch the lid or refuse to close at all.

The potency figure gets the front panel, set large, because it's the number buyers compare first.
