80gsm is fine for ballpoint and keeps the unit cost where a giveaway needs it, while 100gsm is the step up for a notebook given as a considered gift. Show-through is the test a recipient applies without thinking. We do not offer 120gsm on this product, because at giveaway volume the extra paper cost rarely pays back.

Wire-o, which lies flat and is only a small step up in cost. Stapled binding is the cheapest and suits thin books. Perfect binding is available but will not lie flat, so we point most corporate orders to wire-o. Cover board takes a year of bag-to-desk handling, and a kraft cover is the low-cost natural option for eco-led ranges.

Yes, and the inside pages are the biggest missed surface on this product. A footer on every page, a printed first page, section dividers or a back-page reference all keep the brand in view every time the book is opened. We do not ship blank interiors on a corporate run. Ruled, plain, grid or dotted pages are chosen to the audience.

For a corporate notebook, usually yes. A blind deboss pressed into the cover board is understated, durable and reads as considered, where surface print can look like a giveaway. Full-colour cover print is still available and suits a brighter brand. Soft-touch lamination is the gift-tier finish, and it pairs well with a deboss.

A5 at 5.83 × 8.27 inches is the standard corporate size, with A4 at 8.27 × 11.69 inches for desk use. A6 pocket books are also in the range. The size given is the closed trimmed book, and wire-o adds a few millimetres to the spine edge.

500 is the minimum. That is a single conference or an onboarding batch. Matched sets with pens and folders are quoted alongside, and the notebook price steps down once you pass 1,000, up to 100,000 units on one order.

Standard production is 7 to 10 business days after proof approval, with rush at 5 to 7 business days. A bound sample takes 5 to 7 business days and lets you test a pen on the actual paper. We credit the sample fee back when the order goes ahead.
