Kiss-cut goes through the sticker but not the backing, so each design sits on an easy-to-handle square carrier. That makes them simple to peel, simple to sheet several designs together, and cheap to drop into orders.

For a sticker that works as a shaped object on its own, cutting through the backing costs more but gives a cleaner finished piece.

A shaped-backing sticker has its backing cut to the outline of the design, so there is no square border around it. It is the premium way to present a single sticker at retail or on a merch table.

Because the cut goes all the way through, it takes a little more setup than kiss-cut. We'd use it for hero designs and keep kiss-cut for the volume pack-ins.

Paper works well for indoor jobs like sealing tissue, closing mailers or labelling a gift box. It is the lowest-cost facestock, but it breaks down on contact with moisture and has a short life.

Anything that might get wet, from water bottles to cooler lids, needs vinyl. White vinyl is the durable everyday choice and stays waterproof for years once laminated.

Gloss laminate is the most popular, giving wet-looking colour and the best scuff resistance. Matte reads flatter and more contemporary, though it shows fingerprints more readily.

Either laminate also protects the ink from UV. Unlaminated vinyl fades quickly outside, so we laminate anything meant for outdoor use.

Yes, we print on holographic film, clear vinyl and metallic stocks. Holographic is the upgrade that sells best at merch tables, and clear vinyl makes the design look printed onto whatever surface it lands on.

On clear stock we lay a white ink base under any colour meant to look solid. Without it, pale colours vanish against a dark surface.

We cut stickers to any die size, as singles, sheets, rolls or kiss-cut sets. Measure the longest side of the design, since that is how sticker sizes are usually quoted, and allow a small border around the artwork.

Sheeted sets hold multiple designs on one carrier. Rolls are faster if you are applying stickers to hundreds of orders a week by hand.

Sticker orders begin at 500 pieces. Stickers reach a price break earlier than most packaging does, so the unit cost drops quickly as quantity rises past the minimum.

For pack-ins that go into every order, a larger first run often lasts long enough to be the better buy.

Stickers are printed, laminated and cut in 7 to 10 business days from artwork sign-off. There's a rush option at 5 to 7 business days.

If colour accuracy matters for a brand mark, ask for a physical proof. A sample takes 5 to 7 business days and its fee comes off the production order.
