Printed Window Clings
Held by surface tension alone, with no adhesive, no residue and some honest limits.
Clings need smooth clean glass, lift at the edges in heat and direct sun, and peel under their own weight at larger sizes. For anything temporary that is a fair trade; for longevity it is not.

Every detail. Intentional.
No adhesive at all
Which means no residue on removal.
Heat lifts the edges
A sun-facing window is the hard case.
Large sizes peel
Under their own weight over time.
Reverse print for longevity
Inside the glass, protected from weather.
Blockout for opacity
Or it washes out against daylight.
Low-tack vinyl instead
Where life matters more than removability.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Custom Printed Window Clings is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Custom Printed Window Clings to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Custom Printed Window Clings per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Custom Printed Window Clings.
A static cling holds to glass by surface tension alone, with no adhesive layer at all. That means it peels off with no residue and can often be reused if it is stored flat.
It needs smooth, clean glass to grip. Textured, dusty or frosted surfaces give it nothing to hold on to.
Heat and direct sun lift the edges of a cling, so a sun-facing shop window is the hardest place to use one. Large clings also peel under their own weight over time, while small ones last much longer.
We would rather tell you that before you order. UV-stable inks keep the print from fading on a sunny pane, but the cling itself may still lift.
For longevity we prefer reverse printing, where the design is mirrored and the cling goes on the inside of the glass. The print reads through the window and sits away from rain, cleaning and passing hands.
Front printing suits clings that face into the room, such as notices on a door read from inside. Tell us which side will be viewed and we'll set up the artwork to match.
We add a white blockout layer behind the artwork so daylight cannot shine through it. Without one, colours on a window read pale from the street, especially when the sun is behind them.
White-backed cling stock gives an opaque base for full-colour designs. Clear cling is the choice when you want the glass to show around the graphics, such as opening hours or a logo.
Choose low-tack adhesive vinyl when the graphic has to stay up for a long time, particularly on sunny or large panes. The light adhesive holds the edges down in heat and still comes away cleanly when you replace it.
Clings remain the better fit for rotating content like seasonal offers, permits and hours. We can quote both if you're unsure which the window needs.
We print clings to any size, and die-cut them to a contour when the design calls for a shape. Bigger clings are more likely to peel under their own weight, so a very large graphic may work better as several panels.
Measure the visible glass inside the frame, then leave a margin so the cling does not ride up against the seal.
Window clings have a minimum of 500 per design. That suits a chain of stores or a franchise rollout, where every location needs the same seasonal graphic at once.
Because clings can be reused if kept flat between seasons, one run can also cover the same promotion when it comes round again next year.
Production time for clings is 7 to 10 business days after proof approval, with rush at 5 to 7. We include application instructions: clean the glass, wet-apply and squeegee the water out.
A sample takes 5 to 7 business days, which is enough time to try it on your own window before the full run. Its cost is credited toward that run.
