Vinyl Stickers
Cast or calendered, and that grade decides whether the edges lift within a season.
Calendered vinyl is rolled and carries internal stress that makes it shrink and peel on curves. Cast vinyl is poured, conforms without lifting, and lasts substantially longer outdoors.

Every detail. Intentional.
Cast conforms and lasts
Poured film with almost no internal stress.
Calendered shrinks
Which is why cheap stickers lift at the edges.
UV laminate stops fading
Unlaminated vinyl goes chalky in sun.
Curves need cast
Flat surfaces tolerate calendered.
Adhesive by removability
Permanent, removable or high-tack.
State the life honestly
Five years, or one season.
Built like architecture.
Every order of Vinyl Stickers is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Vinyl Stickers to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Vinyl Stickers per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Vinyl Stickers.
Cast vinyl is poured into a thin film with almost no internal stress, while calendered vinyl is rolled out and carries stress that makes it shrink. On a flat surface calendered is fine and costs less. On a curve, that shrinkage pulls the sticker back and the edges lift, often within a season.
Cast conforms without fighting the surface and lasts much longer outside.
Edge lifting is usually calendered vinyl applied to a curve, where its built-in stress keeps trying to pull flat. Water bottles, helmets and car panels all have enough curve to show it. The fix is to specify cast vinyl for anything that isn't flat.
Adhesive plays a part too. A permanent or high-tack grade grips textured plastic better than a removable one.
Any sticker that goes outdoors should have a UV over-laminate, because unlaminated vinyl goes chalky in the sun. The laminate also takes the scuffs instead of the ink. Pair it with UV-stable ink for the longest outdoor life.
The laminate comes in gloss for saturated colour and scuff resistance, or matte for a flat, low-glare finish.
Yes, clear vinyl gives a printed-straight-onto-the-surface look, and a holographic finish is available as well. Clear works best on light surfaces and glass, where the background showing through is part of the design. Waterproof BOPP film is another option for stickers on packs that see condensation or a wet shelf.
Die-cutting follows the contour of the artwork on any of these stocks.
Removable adhesive peels cleanly within a stated period, which suits promotions and temporary signage. Permanent adhesive is the default for product stickers and giveaways. High-tack grips textured or low-energy plastics that reject standard glue.
A removable sticker left on for years can still leave residue, so tell us how long it needs to stay on.
Any die size can be cut, and the sticker is measured across its widest points, width by height. For a contour cut, that's the outline of the artwork plus a small border. Hold a ruler against the actual surface you have in mind, since a sticker that crosses a sharp curve or an edge will lift sooner.
Indoor and outdoor grades come in the same sizes.
Vinyl stickers have a 500-piece opening quantity per design. From there a single design can run to 100,000. Brands giving stickers away at events often order the larger quantity once, since stickers keep well in a box.
Roll or sheet format is your choice, depending on whether they're hand-applied or handed out.
Your stickers are printed and cut in 7 to 10 business days from the moment you approve the proof. A rushed run takes 5 to 7 business days. You can ask for samples first, made in 5 to 7 business days, to check the grade and adhesive on the surface you'll use, with the fee credited against the bulk order.
