UV DTF Stickers.

The artwork is printed onto PET film, coated with hot-melt adhesive powder, cured, and then heat-pressed onto the garment. There are no screens to make and no pre-treatment of the fabric. A white underbase goes down behind the colours so they stay opaque on dark cloth.

Each order comes with the press settings stated, meaning temperature, pressure and dwell time, so your operator isn't guessing.

Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and dark garments all take a DTF transfer. Polyester and dark colours are where direct-to-garment printing struggles, and they're the main reason people move to film. Cut vinyl can't do photographs or gradients, and this method can.

For performance wear and stretchy knits, ask for a stretch-grade film. It flexes with the fabric instead of cracking when the garment is pulled on.

Peeling after a few washes almost always means the adhesive powder was under-cured. The powder has to be spread evenly and fully melted before pressing, or the bond to the fibre stays weak. Our curing is wash-tested as the durability check.

The press step matters as well. Follow the stated temperature and dwell, and respect the film's peel type, because cold-peel and hot-peel films are not interchangeable.

Leave open space in the design, because large solid blocks of ink sit on the shirt like a heavy patch. Photographs, gradients and fine detail are what the format does well. Breaking up a big solid shape with texture or knock-outs gives a softer hand and lets the fabric move.

Each transfer is measured by the width and height of the printed design, and it can be any size. Several designs can be ganged onto one sheet, which is where the cost per design falls sharply. A left-chest logo, a sleeve print and a full back can share the same film.

Choose by how your team works at the press, since each film is made for one peel type and the two can't be swapped. Hot-peel film comes off straight after pressing, which keeps a busy line moving. Cold-peel film is left to cool fully before the carrier comes away.

We state the peel type on every order, so nobody pulls a cold-peel sheet early and lifts the print with it.

Our minimum run for these transfers is 500 pieces. Orders go up to 100,000. Ganging several designs on one sheet keeps the cost per design down across that quantity, and there are no screens to burn for each new colour.

Printed and cured transfer sheets leave us 7 to 10 business days after you approve the gang layout. On a rush, the sheets can be turned round in 5 to 7 business days. A wash-test sample can be made in 5 to 7 business days, so you can press one and put it through the machine before committing.

The sample fee is credited on the bulk run, and we ship anywhere in the USA.
