Gift Kit for Clients
A gift that is also a business message — restraint is usually the right register.
Client gifting has to feel generous without looking extravagant. Materials and finish carry that judgement more than the contents do.

Every detail. Intentional.
Generous, never extravagant
A narrow register.
Restraint signals confidence
Which the finish should show.
Blind deboss, not process print
The corporate convention.
Insert card carries the message
Not printed on the lid.
Shipped to varied addresses
Mailer-grade construction.
Repeat annual ordering
Which favours a reusable design.
Built like architecture.
Each Gift Kit for Clients is an engineered object — measured, dieline-cut, and hand-wrapped to spec. Below: the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
Every Gift Kit for Clients is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product — we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
Gift Kit for Clients is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

“Fast turnaround, flawless quality, and the design support is genuinely exceptional.”
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Gift Kit for Clients.
Less than you might assume — and the reason is gift acceptance policies rather than budget.
Many organisations cap what their employees may accept from suppliers. It is common in the public sector, financial services, healthcare, legal and large corporates, and the limits are sometimes surprisingly low.
If your gift exceeds the recipient's limit, they have to decline it, declare it, or hand it into a charity draw. All three are slightly awkward for both sides, and none of them build the relationship you were paying for. A generous gift can actively make things uncomfortable.
The practical answer is to shift spend from contents value to presentation quality. A modest gift in a rigid box with a fitted insert and a considered opening reads as thoughtful. An expensive gift in ordinary packaging reads as expensive — and may trigger a policy.
If you know a particular client sector well, it is worth asking about their policy directly. Most people are relieved to be asked rather than put in a position of having to refuse.
