Headcount fixes the volume and the unit budget, and reliable finish across every kit carries the programme better than one striking element. The fitted insert holds contents so each kit arrives looking the same.

Kraft natural is the most common finish at volume, and it does not read as cheap. Matt lamination is the premium tier, applied to every kit alike. Full CMYK carries company branding, and foil detail is reserved for milestone years.

10 by 8 by 3 inches and 12 by 9 by 4 inches are the usual formats. Because the same box has to hold every variant, the insert is drawn to the largest fill and the smaller ones use the same bays. Keeping the footprint tight lowers courier cost across a large headcount.

The employee kit programme begins at 500 boxes per order. Headcount usually sets the number, and the rate improves above 1,000. Repeat annual programmes reuse the box design and rotate only the contents, which keeps setup costs down year on year.

Production takes 7 to 10 business days, with a rush option at 5 to 7 business days. A sample box comes in 5 to 7 business days and the fee is credited when the programme order is confirmed. Structural design and artwork help are free.

Yes, recycled board lowers the unit cost at volume and reads considered rather than cheap. Kraft and recycled builds work well where the count is high and unit cost matters. Both recycle again after use, which staff notice.
