8 by 6 by 3 inches and 10 by 8 by 4 inches are the sizes we cut most for merchandise. Sizes are internal, and the insert is drawn to the merchandise list before the carton is fixed. Smaller boxes cost less to print, ship and carry, so we size tightly to the contents.

Promotional kit boxes are run from 500 pieces. Reach against spend is the driver, so the tiered rate above 1,000 matters more here than on any other kit format. Volumes of many thousands run on the same tooling up to 100,000.

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days, and a rush is 5 to 7 business days. Kitting the contents into the boxes adds assembly time on top, so tell us the event date and we plan back from it. A sample carton with insert takes 5 to 7 business days, and the fee is credited to the run.

Yes, recycled board is what we recommend, since it lowers the cost and carries a legitimate sustainability message. Folding boxboard and corrugated both come in recycled grades, and the die-cut insert is board too, so the whole kit recycles as paper. Kraft with print shows the material instead of hiding it.
