Laptop Accessory Boxes
Stands, hubs and sleeves make one category with no two products the same shape.
Accessory packaging has to look like it belongs beside a premium device. Fit and interior finish carry the impression more than exterior print.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Laptop Accessory Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Laptop Accessory Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Laptop Accessory Boxes.
We design the range as one system, with the layout, product name and spec block in the same positions on every box, then vary the structure underneath to suit each item. A small USB adapter and a heavy aluminium stand shouldn't share a board grade, so each one is specified on its own.
Box sizes are grouped into a modular set where we can, so several products share a footprint and the shelf looks orderly.
Stands and docking stations go into E-flute corrugated that is weight-rated for the product, usually with a moulded pulp cradle inside. Dense metal pieces hit hard when dropped, and the cradle takes that impact before it reaches the box corners.
Lighter accessories stay in folding boxboard, which prints better and costs less. Sleeves are a different problem again, because they need crease protection, so the box is sized to hold them flat with no fold.
Compatibility goes in a fixed, prominent spot on the front, in the same place on every box in the range. Buying for the wrong laptop or port is the main reason accessories come back, and a shopper who learns where to look on one box finds it instantly on the next.
We'd never bury it on the back panel. The supported models and connectors get a larger type size than the marketing copy beside them.
Matte lamination is the usual base, with soft-touch for higher-tier pieces, because both sit well beside the anodised finish of a premium device. The priority is keeping the same lamination and colour treatment on every size so the range reads as one family.
Full CMYK handles the artwork on most boxes. Kraft works for minimal, sustainability-led ranges, and interior print is worth planning, since accessory openings end up on video more often than you'd expect.
Two footprints cover a lot of accessory ranges, about 8 by 6 by 2 inches for hubs, chargers and small stands, and 12 by 9 by 2 inches for sleeves and larger stands. Measurements are internal, length by width by depth.
Every product still gets a custom cavity, since no two accessories are the same shape. Cable bays are planned into the insert so a loose cable can't scratch the product surface.
Yes, 500 is the minimum order for an accessory box. Bigger volumes lower the price of each box, and one run can go to 100,000.
Because a range system keeps the shared elements fixed, adding a product later is mostly a new dieline and a changed spec block. New items join the family without a full redesign.
Allow 5 to 7 business days for a sample and then 7 to 10 business days for the production run. If a launch date is close, the run can be rushed through in 5 to 7 business days.
For a range, we'd sample the heaviest and the lightest items first, because those two show whether the board grades are right. Samples are charged, and that charge is credited back when the range goes into production.
Rigid board makes sense at the top of a range, where the product's price can carry it and the weight of the box adds to the impression of quality. It's a thick chipboard box wrapped in printed paper, much heavier in the hand than a folding carton.
For the rest of the range, folding boxboard and E-flute do the job at lower cost. Keeping the same finish across both lets a rigid flagship and a boxboard cable sit together without looking mismatched.
