Every LED Bulb Boxes is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.

Pricing & minimums.
LED Bulb Boxes is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Everything you need to know about LED Bulb Boxes.
The three things that cause returns, and all of them belong on the front rather than in a specification block on the back.
1. Base fitting — as a diagram. E27, B22, GU10 and E14 are not interchangeable, and most customers cannot recall which is in their lamp. They recognise the shape instantly, so show a picture alongside the code. This is the single most valuable element on the box.
2. Colour temperature — as a visual scale. 2700K and 6500K produce completely different rooms. A bare kelvin number means nothing to most buyers; a warm-to-cool graphic communicates it immediately.
3. Brightness — in both units. LEDs are rated in lumens, but customers still think in the watts of incandescent bulbs. Showing "800 lumens ≈ 60W" removes the guesswork entirely.
Every return caused by one of these is a packaging failure rather than a product failure, which makes them unusually cheap to fix.
