Description
Overview

Paper Can Packaging

A canister built from paper — the caddy format, with a metal or board end.

Wound plies with seamed ends give a rigid container at a fraction of a tin's weight. Liners handle contact where tea, coffee or powders sit against the wall.

Crafted to specification

Every detail. Intentional.

Rigid without metal walls

A tin's presence at paper weight.

Seamed or plug ends

Metal for the caddy look, board for all-fibre.

Liners for direct contact

Tea, coffee and powder grades differ.

Label wraps without a seam

Designed to turn, not to face forward.

Resealable lids

Because these are opened daily for weeks.

Ply count to the fill

Heavier contents need thicker walls.

Measure Twice

Sizing & dieline.

Every Paper Can Packaging is wound and cut to your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the diameter and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured spec, free, before you commit to anything.

How to measure
01
Measure the product

A cylinder needs two figures, not three: the diameter across its widest point, and the height. Measure the item itself, not the pack you happen to use today.

02
Add clearance

Allow 2–3 mm on the diameter so the product drops in without binding, and a few millimetres of headroom if a lid, pillow or tissue sits on top.

03
Give us the order

We quote round formats as Diameter × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.

✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product — we measure it and build the dieline.

What It Costs

What moves the price
Quantity

The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.

Material and thickness

Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.

Finishing

Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.

Print coverage

Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.

Inserts and hardware

Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.

Timeline

Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.
