The wells are cut to your atomiser's diameter and length, including the cap. We can cut them into a printed card, so the insert also names each scent in its slot.

Yes, an E-flute corrugated mailer can be built letterbox-flat around a row of fitted atomisers. Staying slim keeps postage at the lower rates and saves the subscriber a trip to collect a parcel.

The exact depth limit depends on the carrier and service you use, so check that before we fix the dimensions. We then set the depth by the atomiser diameter plus the well and board thickness.

The first shipment arrives in a sturdier case that the subscriber keeps, and later months come in slim refill mailers that slot new decants into it. The case becomes the storage for a growing decant collection.

We build the case with an indexed interior so each month's scent has a place. Refill mailers use a single-wall E-flute build to keep them light and cheap to post.

Keep the printed mailer constant and put the monthly change on the insert card and interior print. Full interior print is available, so the inside of the lid can carry that month's theme, while a scent story card explains the notes.

Brands that want a new exterior every cycle can do that too, with the structure unchanged and only the CMYK artwork swapped. Matte or gloss lamination and a natural kraft finish are the exterior options.

A typical monthly atomiser mailer is around 5 × 4 × 1.5 in. Discovery formats holding more vials come out longer or wider but stay close to that depth.

We size from the number of vials and their length with caps on, then add room for a card. Send us your atomisers and we will lay out the wells and draw the dieline without charge.

Our minimum is 500 mailers, and the ceiling is 100,000. For a subscription, the useful way to size a run is monthly subscriber count multiplied by the number of months the same design will ship, plus a buffer for new sign-ups.

A constant exterior lets one run cover several months, which is the main reason to keep the mailer fixed and rotate the insert card.

Mailers are produced in 7 to 10 business days from approved artwork, and in 5 to 7 if you need a rush slot before a billing date. A sample mailer with its insert takes 5 to 7 business days.

We would sample before the first cycle so you can post one to yourself and see how the vials arrive. The sample fee is credited on your production order.

Fitted wells, a snug E-flute or B-flute shell and a self-locking closure protect glass vials well in normal postal handling. For heavier multi-vial or full-bottle boxes, a double-wall option adds crush strength.

A water-resistant coating helps if mailers sit in a wet mailbox, and a tear strip gives a clean opening without a knife near the vials. Fragrance usually ships by ground under limited-quantity rules, and the mailer has panel room for that mark.
