Sizing & dieline.
We cut Pesticide Packaging Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Pesticide Packaging Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Pesticide Packaging Boxes.
No, we build to the labelling specification you confirm, and we don't give regulatory or classification advice. Your registration holder or compliance adviser sets the required content, and we turn it into a panel layout.
What we do is lay that mandatory content out first, with the registration number, precautionary text and disposal guidance in fixed zones, and then build the brand artwork around the space that's left.
It usually takes a substantial share of at least one panel, which is why we set the layout before any artwork starts. Once your required content is confirmed, we size the zones for it and give the design whatever space remains.
Brand artwork then works inside the room compliance leaves. Adding required content after the design is finished almost always means cramped type and a second round of artwork.
A fitted insert holds the container upright and still, so it can't shift, tip over or be punctured by the carton flaps. A container that moves around inside the box is how a sealed pack gets damaged and starts to leak.
Behind the insert, a chemical-resistant liner keeps the carton sound and legible if there is any contact with the contents during years of storage.
Yes, we use a durable ink system printed straight onto the board, which holds up better than an applied label that lifts and fades in outbuildings. Warning zones are printed in high contrast so they stay legible under poor lighting.
Moisture-resistant board keeps the carton from softening in damp storage. The rest of the artwork runs in full CMYK or matte, within whatever space the required panels leave.
Common sizes are about 4 by 3 by 8 inches and 5 by 4 by 10 inches, measured inside, length by width by height. Both are tall formats built around a single bottle or jug.
We size to the container plus its fitted insert, then check the panels give the required text enough room at a legible size. A slightly taller box can be the easier fix when a narrow panel won't hold all the precautionary copy.
Yes, these cartons are made in runs of 500 or more. Pricing is tiered above 1,000, and a single run can reach 100,000 units.
If several of your products share one carton size, we can keep the structure and insert the same and change only the printed panels between versions, which keeps tooling to one cutting die.
Allow 7 to 10 business days for production once your panel text is confirmed and the proof is signed, or 5 to 7 with rush. A sample takes 5 to 7 business days to make.
The bigger variable is usually your own label approval, so get the required content settled before artwork. The sample fee is deducted from the production invoice once you confirm the run.
Yes, a child-resistant option is available on this carton, built to the closure specification you give us. Closure rules apply to some of these products, and which rule covers yours is a question for your compliance adviser.
Once you have the requirement, we'll design the carton around it and send a sample so it can be tested before the bulk run. Batch and lot data get their own reserved window on the panel.
