The front should lead with the specific problem the shampoo addresses, such as coat type, skin condition or odour, printed large as the main element. In a crowded pet care aisle, bright colour and strong contrast get the carton noticed, and the named claim is what makes the choice.

We give the species statement its own clear spot in words, since an illustration alone can be misread. Matte lamination suits veterinary and natural ranges, and kraft works for organic lines.

A 250ml bottle usually fits a carton about 2.5 by 2.5 by 7 inches, and a 500ml bottle one around 3 by 3 by 8.5 inches. Those are inside measurements with room for the insert.

Bottle shapes vary a lot, so we measure your actual bottle at its widest point and its full height with the pump or cap fitted. Pump heads add more height than people expect.

The order minimum is 500 cartons. Volume pricing kicks in from 1,000, and one run can be as large as 100,000.

With a colour-coded range on a shared dieline, each variant is its own print version, so tell us the split across scents or formulas when you ask for a quote.

Your boxes are finished 7 to 10 business days after proof approval on a standard run, or 5 to 7 business days rushed. Should you want a sample first, that takes 5 to 7 business days.

The sample fee is set against the production invoice if you go ahead. It's a good chance to check the pump clearance and see the moisture-resistant coating in person.

A window works well when the shampoo's colour or fill level helps sell it, and clear film shows both without opening the carton. It's optional, and plenty of ranges do fine with a solid box and a strong claim on the front.
