Towel Packaging Boxes is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

An opening, if your retailers will accept one — because towels are bought by touch.
A customer deciding between two towels is judging softness, pile density and weight in the hand. A window shows them colour and weave, which is genuinely useful. But it does not answer the question they are actually asking, and a photograph certainly does not.
A touch opening — an aperture letting a hand reach the actual pile — answers it directly. It is the single most valuable feature you can put on a towel pack.
The constraint is retail policy. Some retailers do not want product exposed on shelf, because it can be soiled or damaged. Worth asking before you design around it.
If you cannot have an opening, do two things: a generous window showing real weave, and GSM prominently on the front. Grams per square metre is the density measure serious buyers understand, and it lets someone compare two products without touching either.
