Bracelet Boxes
A hinged bed that holds a circle open, and the pad does more work than the box.
Bracelets coil, tangle and mark. The insert pad has to hold the piece open at its natural diameter without pressing on clasps or stones.

Every detail. Intentional.
Held open, not coiled
The pad sets the diameter.
Clasps must not be pressed
Pressure damages mechanisms.
A lining against the plating
A soft surface under the metal.
Bangle and chain differ
Two different pad shapes.
It stays open where set
It stays open for viewing.
Stored in, not thrown away
Which sets the durability.

Built like architecture.
Every order of Bracelet Boxes is an engineered build, measured, dieline-cut and hand-wrapped to spec. Below is the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
We cut Bracelet Boxes to a dieline built around your product instead of pulling a stock size off the shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points. Measure the product, not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product and we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
We price Bracelet Boxes per specification rather than from a fixed list, because the same build in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Bracelet Boxes.
Each style gets its own interior, because a bangle, a chain and a cuff sit in completely different ways. A bangle goes over a rounded pillow so the circle is presented the way it's worn. A chain is caught on a hook at the clasp and laid flat across a pad so it can't knot.
A cuff sits in a shaped seat with its opening facing up, which keeps the arc from being squeezed closed. We cut the insert once you tell us which of the three you're packing.
A pillow that is too small lets the bracelet spin, and one that is too big puts strain on the clasp and any set stones. Both problems tend to show up the first time a courier drops the parcel. We size the pad to the inside diameter of the piece, with a small allowance so it slides on without force.
The easiest way to get it right is to send us one or two finished pieces, and we'll cut a test insert against them before the run.
Yes, we build multi-slot interiors for stacking sets, with a separate channel or pillow position for each piece. Keeping the pieces apart matters more than it sounds, since bracelets rubbing together in transit pick up fine scuffs.
The set box can share its exterior with your single box, so the range looks like one family on the shelf while the interior changes with the count. Charm bracelets work the same way, on a wider pad that shows the charms in place.
The shell is 2mm rigid board wrapped in art paper or suede paper, and most brands finish it with soft-touch matte and a hot foil logo. An embossed mark works well when you want the brand felt more than seen.
Inside, the choice is velvet or satin for the pad, and we can print CMYK on the inner lid if you want a message there. A ribbon pull or magnetic closure finishes the opening. We don't offer a window lid on this style.
Bangles want a square footprint and chains want a long, narrow one. Our common sizes are 4 × 4 × 1.5 in for a bangle and 8 × 2.5 × 1.2 in for a chain bracelet, given as length, width and depth.
Depth is set by the tallest part of the piece once it sits on the pad, usually the clasp or a raised setting, plus a little room so the lid doesn't press on it. Measure with the bracelet closed and in its display position.
Custom bracelet boxes start at 500 units per order. Above that the quantity is up to you, and we quote runs as large as 100,000 pieces for bigger programs.
If you're unsure how many to commit to, order the minimum in your core size first. A gift-set box can follow once you know which bracelets customers buy in pairs or stacks.
Production takes 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, or 5 to 7 on a rush order. A physical sample takes 5 to 7 business days and is worth doing on this format, because it's the only way to test the pad against a real bracelet.
The sample fee is credited back against the production order, so it doesn't add to your cost if you go ahead. Finished boxes ship anywhere in the USA.
A rigid wrapped box will, and that long second life is the main reason to choose it over a folding carton. Customers keep bracelets in the box they came in, so the hinge, the wrap corners and the lining get handled long after the sale.
We would go with soft-touch or suede paper on the outside if the box is a keeper, since both hide fingerprints better than gloss. A magnetic closure also wears better than a friction lid, which loosens with use.
