Overview

Fast Food Takeout Boxes

Built for the delivery era — square, stackable and closed for a fifteen-minute journey.

Delivery changed the specification: boxes now sit in insulated totes among other orders. Square footprints, level tops and closures that hold through handling are what that requires.

What We Make

The full kit of capabilities.

One-Motion Assembly
Pops into shape from flat with a single push.
Self-Erecting Bases
Base locks as the box opens, with no separate fold.
Flat-Top Stacking
Carries the box above without collapsing into the food.
Delivery-Rated Venting
Sized for the humidity inside an insulated bag, not just counter service.
Combo Dividers
Main and side in one container.
PFAS-Free Grease Barrier
Compliant across all board choices.
Square Footprints
Packs more efficiently and shifts less than tapered shapes.
Inside Printing
The panel seen at the moment of opening.
Complex Multi-Fold Designs
Anything needing more than a couple of motions costs real time at peak service. We will steer you to a faster blank.
Tapered Boxes for Delivery Stacking
They do not stack squarely and they shift in transit. Straight walls and flat tops are what a delivery bag needs.

Measure Twice

Sizing & dieline.

Every Fast Food Takeout Boxes is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.

How to measure
01
Measure the product

Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.

02
Add clearance

Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.

03
Give us the order

We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.

What It Costs

What moves the price
Quantity

The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.

Material and thickness

Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.

Finishing

Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.

Print coverage

Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.

Inserts and hardware

Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.

Timeline

Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

— Frequently Asked Questions —

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about Fast Food Takeout Boxes.

Delivery changed the requirements from what worked over a counter, in three specific ways.

Stacking. Orders go into insulated bags in vertical piles. The box needs a flat top and a lid rigid enough to carry whatever sits on it. A box that collapses under the one above it is the most common cause of a delivery arriving looking wrong.

Humidity. Several hot items sealed in an insulated bag produce far more trapped vapour than a single box handed over a counter. Venting that was unnecessary before becomes important.

Footprint. Square boxes pack tightly and shift less. Tapered shapes leave gaps and slide.

If you are moving from counter service into delivery volume, those three are worth reviewing even if your current box has always been fine.

More than most operators expect, and it is easy to quantify.

Take the difference between a one-motion box and a four-fold one — call it three seconds. At two hundred orders in a lunch rush that is ten minutes of staff time, every service. Over a week it is a meaningful share of a shift.

Self-erecting and one-motion blanks cost slightly more per unit and usually repay that in the first busy period. The catch is that folding ease on a desk is not the same as folding ease at speed with gloves on, so test with your actual staff before committing to a large run.

We can send samples of a couple of blank styles so you can time them properly rather than deciding on paper.
