Food Counter Display Boxes
A box that sells from the counter it was delivered in — no separate display SKU.
The lid folds back into a header or the top tears away, turning a wholesale case into a point-of-sale unit. For independent food retail that removes a decision and an assembly step.

Every detail. Intentional.
Case becomes the display
No separate display to order.
Header prints inverted
Inside the lid, which catches first-timers.
Sized to the wholesale count
Lands full, sells down to a reorder.
Tool-free conversion
Seconds at a busy counter.
Food-safe where product touches
Wherever food meets board.
Wipeable finish
Counters get cleaned constantly.
Built like architecture.
Each Food Counter Display Boxes is an engineered object — measured, dieline-cut, and hand-wrapped to spec. Below: the standard build sheet.

Sizing & dieline.
Every Food Counter Display Boxes is cut to a dieline built around your product — not pulled off a shelf. Send us the length, width and height of the item (or the item itself) and we return a measured dieline, free, before you commit to anything.
Length, width and height of the item itself, at its widest points — not the box you happen to use today.
Allow 2–4 mm on each axis for a snug fit, and more if you are adding foam, a pillow insert or tissue.
We quote as Length × Width × Height. Tell us whether you are working in millimetres or inches and we match it.
✦ Not sure of your size? Send us the product — we measure it and build the dieline.
Pricing & minimums.
Food Counter Display Boxes is priced per specification rather than from a fixed list — the same box in two different finishes can land at very different numbers. Below is what actually moves the price, so you can shape the spec before you request a quote.
The single biggest lever. Unit cost falls sharply as volume rises, because setup and tooling spread across more pieces.
Board weight and stock choice change both the raw material cost and the shipping weight of the finished run.
Foil, spot UV, embossing and soft-touch each add a pass on press. One or two lift the box; five compound the cost.
Full-bleed print inside and out costs more than a one-sided design on natural stock.
Foam, moulded pulp, velvet pillows, magnets and ribbon are priced per piece on top of the box itself.
Standard production is the base rate. Rush moves you up the production queue and carries a surcharge.

What brands say.

“Fast turnaround, flawless quality, and the design support is genuinely exceptional.”
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Food Counter Display Boxes.
It has to work twice — as a shipping case and then as a display — and the second role changes everything.
The tear-away front. A perforated panel that staff remove at the counter, so the case becomes a display without anyone unpacking or arranging the product.
Facing retention. A normal case just has to hold product. A display has to keep it facing forward as it empties. Angled bases, tiers and dividers push remaining stock to the front — without them the display looks picked-over within days and stops selling.
Print quality. A shipping case is seen by warehouse staff. A display competes for attention at a till against everything beside it, which is why litho-lamination is usual rather than plain flexo.
The underlying commercial point: busy counter staff often will not unpack and arrange a product, so it stays in the stockroom. A display box removes that decision entirely.
